Lehman Drain and Septic is an outstanding company.

Brandon and team rescued me from my septic emergency promptly and thoroughly, They were kind and friendly, professional, honest, responsive, and understanding. I highly recommend them and will be using them for any future drainage needs (especially since the company I've used for twenty years couldn't service my tanks until two weeks from now!).

DO not call this company. Wouldnt or couldnt solve an easy back up in a basement.Said they had to pump out the basement before unclogging. Said they couldnt put the machine in 2 inches of water. We have this done once a year usually by Charlies drain. It takes them literally 10 min. to unclog. Didnt wat to earn an easy $200 for 10 min. of work. We highly DISREGARD this so called ""business"" AVOID!!!

These guys are the best...The team of Brandon SR.,Donovan,and Brandon Jr..came out to my place the same day and solved my clogged sewer problem..they did a great job! . Knowledgeable and thorough..they were outstanding! They gave me a sound bid and it was well worth it..

I apparently wrote this review too soon. The sewer line was indeed plugged up. Basically the jetting machine was a waste of time and my money.

I expected a septic pump tank truck to come out to pump the tank, after I wrote the initial review. Instead, Lehman sent a guy with a heavy duty drain auger, an Electric Eel sectional drain cleaner with 1 1/4"" dual cables; nice setup. The guy used it to auger the sewer pipe going from the house to the septic tank, and unplugged it. So, the sewer pipe had indeed been plugged, and needs to have a section of pipe replaced.

I asked Lehman about what to do with the sewer pipe going to the septic tank, and he told me to just keep having it augered out, whenever it plugs up again.

I also asked him about pumping the tank, and he said he was too busy. But I can't blame him for not wanting to pump the tank, because it will take a bit of work to loosen up the muck in the tank enough that it can be pumped out by a septic pump truck.

Total cost: $425, for 2 trips out, with the result that the septic system is only temporarily working again, and the septic tank still needs to be pumped out.

But Lehman was upfront about the problems when I talked to him, and sent the right drain auger on the 2nd trip out, hence the 3 stars instead of 2 stars.

But now I've got to figure out how to get the septic tank pumped out, and how to replace the bad section of sewer pipe.

I would not recommend this company. Troy snaked the drain in my tub. Broke the stopper. Admitted to breaking. Was to replace it, he never did. My tub does not hold water now. Thank you for poor customer service!
