Tami K.I called LV plumbing experts because the toilet was clogged and not emptying or refilling. a few hours later a guy came walked in and flushed the toilet. it seemed to be working better than earlier. he then announced this is an old toilet and needs to be replaced. since I rent the house I could not authorize that. he charged me $95 and all he did was flush it and leave. he didn't even look at any parts or anything. now its working fine so the clog apparently worked itself out, but our landlord said the toilet is only 3 years old!!! so he was trying to force us into a new toilet and we didn't need one, will never use this company again
Ellen D.Saturday morning I woke up and water wasn't working. Called several places and the only person that showed up was Mark. He diagnosed the problem being frozen pipes and got everything fixed in about 2 hours.
