I should have read these yelp reviews before I called this company. I called them several days ago for a leak in my ceiling (HVAC related) and a most likely clogged drain line. Three days later I haven't heard back from them so I called again. They took all my information again and asked when when I would like to schedule them. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!! I waited three days just to schedule when I needed a plumber asap! Needless to say I'll never know how there work is first hand as I will be calling someone else now.

this place and owner is unprofessional and does shoddy work. both times waited all day and eventually showed up first time at 6 pm. second time called him twice last time at 430 pm and told him he did not do what he was suppose to do which was drain both lids he drained one. used car salesman attitude ugh. not happy at all he just drained our tank 5 weeks ago. the septic smell is in our home and leaking out the tops of the tank two locations. instead of coming and do the job the correct way, last time the septic was drained both lids were removed and both areas were drained we told him that at the beginning but he never drained the second one. Than when we paid he charged us to uses our credit card and taxed it and a processing fee as well. All the other septic companies just give a price of $300 and we paid. Beware of the place .

Legend Plumbing sent out a plumber within one day of calling. He tried to repair our toilet, but it was impossible. He did not charge us for the attempted repair only the toilet replacement. Both guys they sent out were professional and very nice.

Legend plumbing tried to cheat my Vietnam veteran father today!! I would give them zero stars if I could based on the way my father was treated. He filled out all of his information online including the size of his septic tank and was given an online quote of between $250.00 and $300.00 plus tax.
The company sent a very large man to his house and he tried to intimidate my father into paying $480.00 plus tax. My father was told by the man he had to pay more because he had a commercial size tank which is a lie! The tank has been emptied before and he knew that wasn't true.
My father told the man about the online quote. My father said he wanted the tank pumped and he'd get his overcharge back from Legend plumbing because he had the quote printed at his office. The man became angry and refused to pump the tank and left
Apparently this company doesn't charge what they quote you so beware they will try to scam you too. Make sure you know what you are getting into before you think of using this company. My elderly father I guess was expected to be duped but he still works hard and refused to let this man or his company take advantage of him.
I guess this guy didn't understand Vietnam veterans are tough! My Dad saw things that someone like this man would never understand and he's still getting up every day in spite of it.

I do not recommend this company what so ever. They are misleading even when you try to give them the benefit of the doubt. We have a toilet leak that the only way to stop it is by turning off the water to the entire house. We called their 24/7 emergency number several times Saturday to get no answer. Finally got an answer and had to leave a message. Was not called back till Sunday and was told they don't work Sunday's anymore but we could be put on as a priority for Monday morning. I said that would be fine as long as they could be there Monday morning that I have 5 kids at home and no water. Monday morning at 8:45am I get a call saying they are having truck problems and there would be a delayed. I was asked if I could wait till Tuesday, I once again told them no that we have no water at all and I have 5 kids at home. I was told someone would be here today but they were going to run a little later. After that my husband and I both took turns calling every few hours to get an ETA, each time being told someone was coming, majority of the time being told someone would be here within an hour. At almost 4:30 I get a called saying no one is coming today and it would be tomorrow. This is not professional at all. If they couldn't get here they should have said something instead of being misleading when I could have called another plumber.
