No stars! Called on a Monday morning with a full septic tank and toilets not functioning. They didn't show for a Wednesda appointment. No call. I called them. No show for a Thursday morning appointment. No call. I called them. No show for a Friday appointment, but they di call in the afternoon saying they weren't going to be able to do the job. Why didn't they call earlier? This put us in a position of another weekend without functioning toilets. Don't call this company!

so, this is the 3rd septic company that I've had out in 15 months for overflowing septic. They drained the septic (or did they?) (after septic guy asked to use my bathroom which I told him I was not comfortable with since my septic was already overflowing) and said I needed a restoration to my drain field, even though I told them Restoration was done 15 months ago. Restoration done by Legend Plumbing with a nickel sized ball of roots retrieved. Then the owner Brett screamed at me over the phone that his plumber should have never sent his "ten thousand dollar camera down my pipes" and that his camera had better be okay. $3,000 later and 3 weeks later septic is backing up again. I felt so sorry for the plumber sent out to do this restoration hanging his head and shaking his head listening to his boss chewing me out. Now they want more money to clean out the drain from my washing machine. What part of "my septic system is 35 years old" do they not understand? Come to find out that the leach field is only good for 30-35 years and I need a new septic system to the tune of $17,000. Buyer beware!!! Are these people really in the septic business? I think only for the money. The very fact that they charge a trip fee AND tax AND a surcharge to my credit card should have told me that they don't have two nickels to rub together.
The first time I talked to Brett he told me that they had to wait a few days after septic tank pumped to do initial Restoration. When the tank overflowed again after 3 weeks he told me that the septic didn't need pumping again, but since I had a warranty they could come back out and do another Restoration without pumping the tank again. What? Nothing retrieved from that "Restoration" to my drain field.
if there were zero stars available that's where I would rate Legend Plumbing.
So now I'm $7,00.00 in the hole ($4,000 to other 2 companies) and need a new septic system.
a one year warranty is of no use to me when you should know that my septic needs replacing and therefore you will not have to honor that warranty.
Enjoy your windfall Brett and John. I hope it is shortlived.
Morals and values have no meaning to this company.

I called on Monday spoke with Brett the service manager set up an appointment for Tuesday at 1 PM and explained how important it was to get that done for an inspection on Thursday to close a real estate deal. The company totally botched it and didn't even call me to let me know that they weren't gonna be able to do it. I had to call them a couple hours afterwards and they were not even able to work me and the following day!

My mother obtained service from here and they have treated her very poorly. They charge $189 just to come and "diagnose" even though the guys they have sent the past 2 times have had no knowledge of what they were doing and was just guessing. They are very unprofessional and charge an arm and leg for a service that they cant even provide properly. My mom would schedule an appointment and they never showed, she called and was written off to a just "we can maybe get there tomorrow." I went and found my mother a new service that completely fixed her service and did it so cost effective and professional. Horrible customer service and even worse pricing.

Brett, I saw your response that assumes all has been taken care of. Which couldn't be further from the truth. I am going to just repost the last update I posted here back in March since my situation is the same still. "Would you please follow up on our conversation from December when you told me you would get a clean out truck out to my house and make right in this past issue." It's now May and please remember I am still under my two year contract and I haven't seen a technician since November.

BEWARE!!! This company allegedly did a "RESTORATION" on my mom's property then a few weeks later told her she needed a new system. They talked her (a VERY SENIOR CITIZEN) into applying for credit with a company they did business with then submitted charges to that account WITHOUT providing an itemized statement of the charges. This was in March, 2019, and to this date (December 12, 2019) after countless phone calls and many letters to the company, neither Bret Brown, Service Manager, or John Hollis will provide the itemized charges made to my mother's account. Please BE AWARE, you CANNOT walk into their place of business to speak to them. It is HIGH FENCED and PADLOCKED. They have had one excuse after another why they cannot provide the itemized charges made to my mom's account and have even said they mailed it to her (She has never received anything). They have said the records are ARCHIVED and have to get them from the repository. Ha!. That was in July, and still have yet to provide anything to her.
BEWARE ELDERS!!!! Make sure you DO NOT sign any contract without an Attorney approval. Their own contract states "There is no set deadline for initiation or completion of this project. It will be completed in a timely manner".

this place and owner is unprofessional and does shoddy work. both times waited all day and eventually showed up first time at 6 pm. second time called him twice last time at 430 pm and told him he did not do what he was suppose to do which was drain both lids he drained one. used car salesman attitude ugh. not happy at all he just drained our tank 5 weeks ago. the septic smell is in our home and leaking out the tops of the tank two locations. instead of coming and do the job the correct way, last time the septic was drained both lids were removed and both areas were drained we told him that at the beginning but he never drained the second one. Than when we paid he charged us to uses our credit card and taxed it and a processing fee as well. All the other septic companies just give a price of $300 and we paid. Beware of the place .

We tried to speak with you on multiple occasions. You refused to help us any further. Funny how another company was able to do the job. And, you shouldn't have taken our money if when you opened the tank and saw that there was "Foreign matter" that you couldn't take. We never agreed that just siphoning off the liquid was acceptable. Agree upon the confusion in regard to a 4000 gallon tank, but you in no way shape or form removed 1000 gallons.

The worst service!!!Never contract them. They promise to send a plumber on Monday and today, Wednesday they say they can't send anybody until Friday. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! They don't even deserve a 1star

Be prepared to be overcharged.

Hired them to come pump my septic because I couldn't get in touch with my regular pumper and needed immediate service. They acted like they would send their pump truck over there right away---turns out they subcontracted the work to my regular pumper and charged me almost double what they typically charge me.
Also, charged me an outrageous service call when I declined to use them to replace my pump.
WILL NOT USE AGAIN
