Fantastic experience with Legato Plumbing! A pipe was leaking in an upstairs neighbor's condo and water was coming into the condo below. This happened at 4:50pm on a Friday evening. My neighbors and I started calling plumbers - most didn't pick up due to the late hour, one said he could come the following Monday. Tom, at Legato Plumbing, answered immediately. He had us text him photos of the leak. He arrived within 90 minutes with the needed part, charged a very reasonable fee, finished the repair in an hour, and saved everyone's weekend! A great guy and a great company!

We had a water heater problem, so I called Legato plumbing which is very convenient for residents in southern Marin. Tom arrived within a couple of hours and analyzed the problem. We did have to buy a new heater, which took about a half a day to install. The cost of heater and installation I believe is comparable to other plumbing services or Home Depot. Very pleased with the results.

Very good experience with Tom. Full explanation of my problem (faulty pressure regulator) along with detailed, itemized review of parts and labor required to fix it. Beyond my primary problem, Tom pointed out some other points in my very-old system that will likely require repair/replacement in the near future... super helpful. Tom was very punctual, professional, and friendly. I plan to use Legato Plumbing the next time I have a plumbing issue.
