I was trying to add an extra 5 (or 50) stars to this review but gave up. Matt and his team are exemplary in what they do. They provide on time, open communication, efficient, and incredible work. He and his team back up everything they say they will do and will not stop until it's complete and the customer is satisfied with the work preformed. Couldn't rave about Matt and his team enough! He even fought thru 405 traffic each day with a smile! Thank you all! Happy wife happy life!

Great guys and they do an amazing job; trustworthy, friendly, responsive, and communicative. I have to give a shoutout to Luke, great guy and a pleasure doing business with!!

We had to replace our main service water pipe and they were able to accomplish this without digging up our entire yard or driveway as they use boring equipment the get under the yard. The holes they did have to dig were not big and they patched them back up extremely well. The city inspector came out to do their approval and told me how impressed they were with the work that had been done, even the little technical details that most people wouldn't notice. Bigos did the job right and didn't cut corners or try to cheap out. I would definitely stick with them for any future plumbing needs.

If you need a good plumber you've come to the right place. Legacy plumbing is the best. When you call be sure and ask for Matt as he is extremely knowledgeable.He was able fix a major drain problem I had at my house in short order. Everything works great now and I plan to use Legacy in the future should I need any plumbing service.

Hired them to replace faucet I purchased, they subcontracted another company, disaster! Luke from Bigos came and fixed problem, I cannot recommend this company also due to price, $100 per hr I was charged, if you do hire ask for price first and make sure they do not subcontract work!

Had a clogged drain. Called and Adrian came the next day within the scheduled window. By the time his assistant got the snake out of the truck and in my house the clog was cleared. Answered some questions and checked something not related to the clog. No charge. Really appreciated that! I think I found my new plumber

Bigos went out of their way a few years ago to help save us from work another company did, replumbing our entire property. I was able to chat with the owner directly and he kindly listened to my concerns about not wanting to deal with sewage leaks under the property (again). Last year we had them replace a couple of water heaters and they did a good job.

Bigos has helped me out more times than I can count. I send them to my mom's house, my grandparent's house, my cousin's house... it speaks volumes to be able to recommend someone so highly to family. They've fixed leaks, stopped knocking noises from underneath the house, installed new pipes, the whole nine yards. I'm sad that they don't work with tankless water heaters (maybe they do now though?), but for everything else, they're great.
