Legacy Sewer and Drain

We bought a house in Long Beach in August of 2017. We hired Bigos Plumbing to do a sewer line inspection. Matt Bigos, the owner, came out and took care of that for us. His inspection revealed that the sewer was on its last legs and needed to be replaced in the near future. He wrote out a detailed inspection report and provided us with a video that we were able to use to get a credit from the seller during the escrow process.

Fast forward 1 year later. We hired Matt and his team to replace the sewer line (he does trench-less sewer liners), as well as change out our gas line and finish off replacing the old cast iron plumbing that still remained. A major project to say the least.

Matt and his tremendous team completed the work in 2 days. They worked very efficiently and were super organized. Did a thorough clean up and left our backyard just as it was before they began the work.

Bigos pricing was incredibly reasonable too!!! Overall, it was a great experience!

I have been using Bigos Plumbing for a few years now and have always experienced good service. But I wanted to write about a recent incident where I was having an issue with water seeping out from under the wall and needed an immediate professional opinion about what was happening. When I called Matt @ Bigos he put me at ease and said he would be there in a few hours to look into the matter. He arrived at the time frame he said he would, did a thorough inspection and advised that the leak was coming from the adjacent unit and that I needed to touch base with my neighbor to resolve the issue. I followed his advice, reached out to my neighbor and confirmed that the issue was indeed due to a leak from their sink. The issue has now been resolved and everything is back to normal.
I know that there are good plumbers out there but I feel that he went up and beyond the call of duty to help me out. I am grateful for his honesty and stellar customer service. Thank you Bigos. I will be calling you again when I have any kind of plumbing issue.

Great customer service and timely work.
I contacted them at 10pm last night through the Yelp quote system and Matthew responded within 30mins. They don't do 24hr service, but thankfully my leak was barely a drip and Matthew said they would call when the office opens. His quote was reasonable compared to others.
I received a call at 7:15am and the plumber, Erick, was at my house by 9:20. He was friendly and courteous, even using covers for his boots. All the work was completed by 10:30.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends and family.

Bigos is an honest plumbing company that stands by their work. They repiped our house, installed a tankless water heater, upgraded our main and sprinklers; just to name a few of improvements they made to our house. Great experience! Did my research getting quotes for a garbage disposal replacement. Their quote was the best, and the communication was outstanding. Matt answered several questions on Yelp in a beyond timely fashion, and Stephanie scheduled the job. Luke arrived on time and completed the work in about 30 minutes. Was even able to add on a little additional work (for an additional fee) which I really appreciated. Very friendly. Appreciate being able to support smaller, family-owned businesses. Would use their services again. Highly recommend.

Went with Bigos based on amazing reviews and were not disappointed. Matt came out to our new home and went through the laundry list of items in our inspection report. Installed a tankless water heater, removed an old laundry sink and routed water and drain, and removed and replaced sprinkler valves and bibbs. Provided honest assessment off all issues and completed the work in a timely and accurate fashion. I understand why they are so highly recommended! Will definitely continue to use Bigos.
