This is a great outfit! I called to schedule an appointment and the receptionist was pleasant and efficient. Mat came out a day later to snake my washing machine drain. He identified a problem with an old small drain pipe size and offered the option to install a larger pipe. (Saving me money on call backs in the future.) He quickly snaked the line and install the larger pipe.

Couldn't be more happy with the service from Bigos Plumbing. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and professional. 10/10 Would recommend.

Had a fairly complicated series of plumbing problems a couple of weekends ago. They were able to come out on the weekend with short notice to fix the symptoms (don't ask!) and make our kids' bathroom functional for the coming school week.

They scheduled a service the following Friday to get to the root (pun intended) of the problem. They also set things up so that maintenance would be easier going forward.

They were prompt, professional, courteous, and got the job done for what seems to me to be a reasonable price. I will use them again (I know that I'll need to at some point) and I highly recommend them.

Experience started off right with a very nice receptionist who was able to have the Plumber come within a few days. Once he arrived he was very knowledgeable and was willing to work with us on how the lines were set.

I didn't realize how hard and painful it is to find a plumber to get a salt free water softener installed for our 2 month old new home from Shea. After having spent a week corresponding with Cameron from C & C Plumbing and Drain Cleaning, made and confirmed Friday an appointment to get it installed Saturday, 4/25. The guy Cameron sent to do the job shows up 1.5 hours and barely presentable (shoes wasn't even put on properly). The guy even didn't bother to call to let us know he was late. During the 1.5 hours, I'd managed to find Matt from Bigos Plumbing through Yelp. We exchanged several text messages, pics of work site and plumbing pipes and a couple of calls. He said he would be able to do the work and was going to be able to do the work later that day between 2-5pm. Matt and Cory showed a little after 5pm and they called indicating that they were running late (little things we take for granted sure means a lot when you are at your wits end)! Both showed up and looked professional unlike our guy from C & C Plumbing. Matt notice that the valve joint where the main shutoff lever and the seam was leaking. the bolt holding the shutoff lever was rusted so it must have been leaking for a while. Matt recommended to ask Shea to fix it. They completed the work in 2.5 hours. Matt and Cory were very meticulous making sure the pipes were leveled and the job look clean. I was very happy with the work and was happy that finally got this project done. Now just a matter of filing a service request with Shea homes to get the leak fixed. The customer service rep and the plumber comes out to look at the leak. Shea and their plumber decided to fix the shutoff lever but said that Matt had caused the leak in the seam by moving the valve joint or because of the heat from the soldering melted the seal (just great...another problem). I'd called Matt and he talked to the Shea's plumber. He was told that he just needed to tighten the connector that connected at the valve joint. Matt comes down as soon as he finished his job and looks at the issue. He couldn't tighten the connector anymore because it was as tight as it could be but it was still leaking. Removed the valve joint to look at the seal and it was not broken. All data and facts point to a faulty valve joint but the customer service rep from Shea simply said ""it is no longer under warranty when it additional work was done"". Didn't bother to listen to facts or reason, didn't think about doing the right thing for the customer. Guess who stepped up to the plate, Matt. He just went on his way to fix the issue by replacing the faulty valve joint and doing the labor for free! Matt a tiny little company puts out time, labor and material to do what is right for the customer where as Shea, a multi million dollar company stands by and leave their brand new customer high and dry.

What you need to take away from this...you need plumbing work...call Matt at Bigos Plumbing. He will stand behind his work and will fix issues even if he didn't cause it. Stay far away from C & C Plumbing and be wary after you buy a home from Shea.

Matt B. is the man. Our sink clogged a week ago and we've been trying to fix it on our own to no avail. He not only fixed our clogged sink that required 20 feet of snaking, but he also fixed our two running toilets - all in a matter of 20 minutes. He was in and out, and gave us a good deal on our services. He also fixed our water heater a month ago when we were out of hot water for almost five days. Life saver. This guy. And he's super friendly and didn't hate his life or job which is always refreshing in the customer service industry. All around awesome plumbing experience. Would definitely call him in the future for our plumbing needs!

Just had Matt come out to unclog our toilet. Neither my husband nor I could unclog it no matter what we tried, but he came within the estimated appointment timeframe and had it clear and running within minutes! Extremely professional and personable. Very fair pricing. I will call them for any and all future needs.

Bigos Plumbing repaired our garbage disposal after our warrantee company refused to complete the same repair. They were courteous, professional & completed the job the same day I called them. I will definitely use their services again!
