My system went out at my daycare, Legacy service came right away and repaired the issue. I loved the text feature and received a call from technician when they were head my way. The issue was repaired in a timely manner and the customer service was incredible.
I was assigned Legacy Plumbing from my Home Warranty Company (Choice )
and before even the appt I was asked to pay the service fee required by my plan with Choice upfront from Legacy, which I did not. So he came out, hardly did anything to determine the fix. He needed to take pictures, but his phone wasn't charged so he used our charger. He also wanted the service fee at this time which I paid. I shouldn't have paid until the job was done because he never came back (Demarcus). I made several phone calls to the company and never received a call back. So a week later nothing has been fixed. I cancelled my payment and informed Choice the company I want to use. NEVER NEVER if you have Choice accept Legacy Plumbing to do any work for you. I informed Choice of this situation ..I'm not sure they care. I agree with a former review, I should have looked the reviews up before accepting this company.
I wish I had read all the reviews BEFORE its service. Legacy was assigned to me by my home warranty company as my central AC is not working properly. The service man came and told me it is not repairable and will get a different unit. Being 100 degree outside in late July, and I have two seniors over 84 years old in the house, I specifically asked them to turn in the diagnosis report ASAP. It's been over A WEEK, my insurance company still has NOT received anything from them. Each time the agent calls Legacy, they say they are preparing the report at that moment but day after day they never receive the report....... will NEVER, EVER use Legacy in the future. If I could give 0, I would.
got a main clog and home warranty assigned legacy services. they scheduled us a week out, but never show up to scheduled appointment. Finally got a hold of them a couple days later. A plumber came out but waited on warranty to approve before work was done. Heard back from warranty that it wasn't going to be cover but could never get a hold of the plumbing company to see How much it would cost out of pocket. definitely do not recommen this company for the lack of communicatio.

Kristin C.This company was assigned by our home warranty company. They have collected their service fee and have yet to arrive to work on our AC. It's been almost three weeks. They do not return calls. It's over 100 degrees and I have an elder and a young child in the house. Run.
Came out 3 times and after a week still not fixed. The only time they started testing equipment was the third visit. How can you properly diagnose a system without testing? Now they won't return phone calls. It has been a week with no AC and my poor animals and I have suffered. If Choice Home Warranty sends these people DO NOT let them in your house. Their store front is residential so you can't even go to their ""office"" for help.
Rochell H.Anyone working with this company is going to get ripped off. Been waiting for over a month for them to replace my water heater and they have not even started the work. I was assigned them by my home warranty company Choice Home Warranty and they can't get a detailed billing for all the ""extra"" cost and neither can I.
Heather P.This company was assigned to us by our home warranty company. The tech came out, looked at the problem, told us what we needed and left. They collected the service fee, and we never heard a peep out of them. I made numerous calls, left messages, no return calls, no answers. A replacement company was assigned, and after explaining what happened, he guessed Legacy without us even mentioning them by name. He has said he had taken 6 calls from people with the same story, which makes us think they are in the business of collecting service fees and little else. Stay away from Legacy, and if they are assigned to you via a home warranty, call and ask for another service.
Amazon Home Warranty assigned them to us for anHVAC repair. Multiple calls went to voicemail with no callback. Finally I got lucky and reached a live person. They were able to assign a tech the next day and he looked at our system. He waited two days before reporting his findings to the warranty company. We hve been without AC for going in 6 days with no actual resolution in sight
