We had an order placed to repair our water heater 6 weeks ago. We've been on the phone with them for weeks while being told again and again that they can't get the part and have no idea when it will arrive. Meanwhile, after 6 weeks of unsanitary conditions we called and asked for the part number . Within 5 minutes online we found 3 vendors who could deliver the part overnight. We communicated this and were ignored. Several times. We've cancelled surgerie due to this, endured unhealthy living conditions, and over a month of aggravation for a problem of a part they can't find, but we found in 5 minutes. Forget about callbacks from these guys. They simply ignore you. Stay far away.

My A/C unit motor broke down and I contacted my home warranty company (Choice) who contracted Legacy Service company. It was an emergency. They scheduled an appointment two days out. They never showed up while I was patiently waiting for them for the whole 4 hour window they gave me (and more). They never contacted me either (even though, I had received 3-4 reminders about the appointment from Legacy and my home warranty company upto the appointment window). I left them a voicemail and there was no return call, either. I contacted the home warranty folks again and they contracted these same people to give me another appointment 3 days out. Due to the nature of the emergency, I had to contact another HVAC company (directly, not through home warranty) and get my AC fixed, eating all the costs. This is the worst customer service I could have expected. Unfortunately, I can't give a zero star for their lack of service and professionalism.

WOW just wow!!! We were days from opening our bakery and the A/C went out. Legacy Service Company came in to save the day. Not only did they show up after hours but the techs were so invested in us having air they arranged for portable units until our new system could be installed. Starting a new business is stressful enough without having to deal with this. I would not hesitate to hire them again or recommend this company to anyone who asks.

We just had a wonderful experience with Legacy and I wanted to give them recognition. They were the service that my home warranty scheduled for us to replace our water heater. Demarkus and Heber were the service professionals and they truly were professional in everything they did. They were courteous, explained the process and cleaned up completely after the job, making the utility area cleaner than it was before the job. The biggest reason why I want to recognize their good job is that they knew I was having problems with my heater and noticed that the piping was pitted and rusting on the inside. It hadn't been serviced in a while and Demarkus noticed that carbon monoxide was leaking as well as debris in the furnace that was a fire hazard. He immediately got a fair quote for me and both men started working on that after replacing the water heater. The furnace is now repaired, clean and working better than it has worked in years! Thank you to the professionals and to Legacy!

I have an issue with my gas water heater. The gas control valve needs replaced. Legacy Service company was assigned by my warranty company and they did the original diagnostic and recommended replacement. They said they would be back in about 4 days to repair once parts were in. It is now 2.5 weeks later and I have been rescheduled going on 3 times. They still haven't come. They reschedule via text which you cannot reply to. They do not answer calls when calling to inquire about why. This is totally unacceptable. Terrible company to work with. I'm in the process of reassigning my claim and terrible disgusted by the lack of customer service or even basic communication by this company. Would not recommend at all.

So just like all the other reviews on here my home warranty company partnered with Legacy. So the technician arrived to my house with only a screwdriver in hand. He went down to my basement and looked at the blower motor, pulled out the filter, said it needed to be changed and left. He said that he was going to put in a ticket to see about doing a repair, not sure of what as he didn't look at anything. A few days go by and nothing. When I messaged the Warranty company all of a sudden I get a reschedule date for the same technician. As i wait for my appointment date I get another email pushing the date out by a week. Mind you it is boiling hot here in Kansas City and I have a baby in the house. So that day comes and goes, no call, no show. I tried calling legacy, left them 3 messages at the office, and called and left a message with the technician, and you guessed it, no calls back. I would never recommend this company, they are a total sham, they collocated my service call fee and then pretty much just vanished. I cannot believe a warranty company would work with them, with all the emails going back and forth between me and them discussing this, Legacy must be costing them to have them on board.

I never leave reviews................My home warranty company picked them, they texted an appt date without even speaking with me, then didn't bother to show up, I called and no one answered, left a message and an email, they finally called back and said they had canceled and rescheduled, they had done this without notifying me, they finally came out and diagnosed my AC problem several days later, they ordered parts and said once the parts were in they would be able to repair it quickly, that was a lie, they called saying that parts came in and were ready to schedule our repair and they couldn't get to us for 10 more days, then they didn't show up again, this time I got a text message saying they rescheduled me a week out, I tried calling again no answer, emailed no response. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!...... I just called again and they said my appointment was rescheduled as the parts were not available. I called them out on that as they had told me the parts were in when they scheduled the appointment for today to begin with, she said she would call their supervisor and get back to me....my HW company called them later and was told they were coming out today. I called multiple times to find out what time, finally got someone to answer and they said the HW company never called and they would not be coming for a week, they did tell me the vendor had sold the part because they never purchased it from the vendor to begin with, and that they ordered one online

8/17/22 well it's been a week, I got a confirmation call this morning saying the tech would call when they were 30 min out. About an hour later I got another call saying they never got the part and would try calling local vendors and try to get ahold of the company that it was supposed to be shipped from a week ago to see if they can overnight it.

This company is a joke
