got a main clog and home warranty assigned legacy services. they scheduled us a week out, but never show up to scheduled appointment. Finally got a hold of them a couple days later. A plumber came out but waited on warranty to approve before work was done. Heard back from warranty that it wasn't going to be cover but could never get a hold of the plumbing company to see How much it would cost out of pocket. definitely do not recommen this company for the lack of communicatio.

Would not recommend this company for any repairs. Had a plumbing leak that was never addressed due to disorganized scheduling.

This company was assigned by our home warranty company. They have collected their service fee and have yet to arrive to work on our AC. It's been almost three weeks. They do not return calls. It's over 100 degrees and I have an elder and a young child in the house. Run.

Came out 3 times and after a week still not fixed. The only time they started testing equipment was the third visit. How can you properly diagnose a system without testing? Now they won't return phone calls. It has been a week with no AC and my poor animals and I have suffered. If Choice Home Warranty sends these people DO NOT let them in your house. Their store front is residential so you can't even go to their ""office"" for help.

Anyone working with this company is going to get ripped off. Been waiting for over a month for them to replace my water heater and they have not even started the work. I was assigned them by my home warranty company Choice Home Warranty and they can't get a detailed billing for all the ""extra"" cost and neither can I.

This company was assigned to us by our home warranty company. The tech came out, looked at the problem, told us what we needed and left. They collected the service fee, and we never heard a peep out of them. I made numerous calls, left messages, no return calls, no answers. A replacement company was assigned, and after explaining what happened, he guessed Legacy without us even mentioning them by name. He has said he had taken 6 calls from people with the same story, which makes us think they are in the business of collecting service fees and little else. Stay away from Legacy, and if they are assigned to you via a home warranty, call and ask for another service.

Amazon Home Warranty assigned them to us for anHVAC repair. Multiple calls went to voicemail with no callback. Finally I got lucky and reached a live person. They were able to assign a tech the next day and he looked at our system. He waited two days before reporting his findings to the warranty company. We hve been without AC for going in 6 days with no actual resolution in sight

DO NOT use this company.. they were assigned to me through my home warranty company. They dont call you at all.. its all via text.. and they assign appointments via text as if they just know you can take off work to meet them at their convenience. Then they give you a large window and dont show up and don't call at all.. you can NEVER get anyone on the phone. Go some where else terrible customer service.

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.
They were assigned to do plumbing through Choice Warranty for 2 separate toilets. I received a half dozen text messages from Legacy days prior to my service date to pay a $60.00 service fee, which I paid. I was provided a window of 1100am to 300pm to expect the plumber to arrive. The plumber (DeMarcus) called me prior to this window and left a voice message stating he could come 30 minutes earlier. I called him back after listening to the VM he left but it went straight to his voice mail. I believed he was driving and didn't want to drive and talk. Needless to say, he never showed up and never called again. After the 3pm came and went, I called Legacy directly. I was told by a lady that ""they're running behind"" and that ""there was a water heater issue"" they were taking care of. This lady also informed me she couldn't get a hold of the plumber, but sent him a message. Approximately 45 minutes later, I sent a text message to the same phone number belonging to DeMarcus. He responded via text, "" I'm having phone issues but I'm using a backup phone and I can text."" I immediately responded by asking if he was coming still to complete the job and that we've been here waiting all day. He didn't respond. Lack of communication, unprofessional and when I contacted Choice Warranty, it was relayed to me that they said they called me and I didn't answer..... Run....don't use them!!!!

Referred by select home warranty, showed up 3 hours after appointment and no showed the next day on main sewer line problem.
