Came out quick, next day scheduled for a water heater replacement. Slight hiccup on the houses behalf for a faulty ball valve that failed leading to poor pressure but was quick to come on out and investigate. Happy to report all functioning as intended and water much hotter than prior to replacement.

Great service! They answered the phone on the first attempted. Asked a few questions, then boom, my appointment was set for the next day. When he arrived he was courteous and did an excellent job cleaning two of my chimneys. This is exactly the kind of service all companies should provide to their customers. Take note! Give them a try. Save yourself a headache dealing with other companies. You'll be glad you did.

My tub was backing up and Carlos was able to come out within a few hours and fix it and I was able to still get to work today the company I normally do business with couldn't come out until Wednesday afternoon..... Carlos has a new customer.

Our shower water faucets were leaking. Called Legacy, and spoke to Carlos, he came over the same day. With the help of his son, he was able to fix the problem in no time. One of the best service I have gotten in a really long time. They showed up on time, gave me a upfront price to clean out my drain and gave me a worse case scenario if it was something more than a simple clean out.

Luckily it was easy, and carlos and his crew got me flowing again.

It's not fun dealing with a backed up pipes. Lol.

Please give them a chance, I don't usually give reviews on yelp but they exceeded my expectations and I wanted to spread the word.
