One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a service provider. He actually caused more harm than good (he broke a pipe with his snake and it ended up outside in my yard). I have to call another plumber to fixe the original problem and now fix the additional problems Bryan created while at my home. Initially, he said the job would cost $75. When I started asking him why the snake had broken through my lawn and was exposed in my yard, he got very defensive and said the bill would now be $750 and that if I didn't pay it he would ""do a parcel search to find where I lived and put a lien on my home."" I have contacted the Better Business Bureau. Nothing about this experience was good.

Horrible customer service when you call and the owner of the company in process of talking to you intentionally hangs up on you when you're trying to discuss a job that is likely 5k and have an additional job on a 5600 sq foot house... goes to show there truly is no ""service"" in the service industries anymore at least not with legacy plumbing!

A Legacy employee came to fix my leaking pipe. I wish I could give this company minus five stars. He was disrespectful, careless and unprofessional. He used foul language and had horrible customer service. I will never hire him under any circumstances. I was so uneasy with the work he did I had to call a another plumber for a second opinion.

Brian was very responsive to my request for service. He arrived at the scheduled time, and completed the job in a timely fasion. Brian was cordial, professional and very knowledgeable. I appreciated the actual cost of service was exactly what I was quoted in the estimate, in spite of a little extra work being done. I found Brian to be ethical, and he takes a great deal of pride in his work. He also ensured I understood how to maintain and keep my new garbage disposer ""healthy"". I highly recommend Legacy Plumbing!

Brian immediately returned my call, unlike three other plumbers in the area. He installed a water pressure regulator and shut-off valve in my house on a Saturday. This is a real convenience because we don't always have the luxury to take time off work. He answered every one of my questions in detail and provided fast and quality service. He is my first choice in plumbers for future services. I highly recommend Legacy Plumbing.
