Jeremy did an excellent job repairing pipe leaks under the front yard that was flooding the lawn. Not only did he showed up on time, he's extremely polite as well as professional, courteous, and was quick to assess the problem; and the quote was given ahead of time, so there were no surprises. The cleanup after the repair was done was definitely a plus!

Andre was amazing, he went above and beyond the call of duty. He replaced our garbage disposal, cleaned and replaced the pipes, and also took a moment to inspect the other plumbing around the house at no extra charge! This was a major, expensive project and I interviewed lots of companies. Jeremy, with Legacy, was the last one I talked to and I immediately knew this is where I would do business. He did a very thorough inspection and had the solution right away. I felt very confident that this was the right thing to do. He and Philip were here on time every day and kept me posted about the progress. The excavation crew did a great (and fast) job of digging the massive hole and filling it in again. Their service exceeded my expectations.

They arranged for my job to be completed sooner than expected by contacting me when they had a cancellation. Luke was the plumber who completed the work. He was prompt, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and paid great attention to detail. He made sure I was satisfied with the completed work and did a thorough cleanup. I will be contacting Legacy for any future plumbing needs and will be specifically requesting Luke!

There have been two occasions where one of the huge plumbing companies initially quoted me a HUGE price and said there were no alternatives other than to tear into the foundation/destroy walls/etc...

I called Legacy both times to get a second opinion and they were MUCH cheaper while still maintaining top-notch quality. And they provided multiple options.
