Aaaaaaaand Legacy Plumbing continues to be awesome! I called them recently because my 15-yr-old condo's upstairs toilet was making some odd noises and flushing weirdly. You know how you can't always adequately describe the noises something is making...I did the best I could. And after the previous water fiasco (see my previous update on this review, the issue that Logan and Matthew bailed me out of) I remain in permanent PTSD mode when it comes to any possible water issues. So the words "upstairs" and "toilet" and "possible issues" will cause me to break out in hives.

Alex and Jose quickly figured out that it was just the internal parts in the tank that had aged and were starting to malfunction. Not wanting any more water adventures, the guys were patient with my questions and I ended up asking them to replace the entire toilet (you thought I was kidding about the PTSD, didn't you?). Kudos to the guy at the LP office (Nick?) who worked out some scheduling to make it happen the same day! I'll sleep better at night. Plus, this new toilet is more water-efficient than the old one.

These guys are great - call them for any plumbing needs!

Came home from a mini vacation and notice that my hot water tank was spurring water so we had to turn off the water and call for some superior work from Legacy Plumbing. We contact them first thing the next morning and they had everything working and moving like clockwork. It didnt take long and plus they went above and beyond. I will always recommend them for service. The two gentleman wer fantastic and i said thank you a million times. Next time anyone needs service hit them up and just sit back as you get A1 service.

Loved that they showed up in masks, safety is a number 1 concern. Sam and Dzenan installed a new hot water heater for me today. They took their time to install it properly and make sure all our concerns were addressed. They moved it from an old closet into the garage with ease. I appreciated the fact that they cleaned up the area after that finished. Very happy with Sam and Dzenan's professionalism and work today. I'll be happy to call them for future plumbing needs.

We had an outside hose bib start leaking on a weekend. We were able to get a call back from Legacy Plumbing and they got us scheduled on Monday. The plumber arrived on time and was professional and able to clearly explain our repair options and costs. He got the job done well and provided good follow up instructions for monitoring and to prevent future issues. We'll definitely call them again.

Trust the reviews, Legacy Plumbing is awesome! I called them twice in two months for a quote on a new water hater (laziness on my end for not biting the bullet the first time and just scheduling an appointment) and both times they were the same amount and both guys who I spoke with were friendly and answered all my questions. They got me scheduled next day for a water heater install and the process was seamless. Tony and Gerald arrived at the scheduled time, were courteous, safe with protective gear and got the job done. Added bonus for Legacy being the cheapest option compared to four other plumbing companies I checked with.

If all businesses operated the way Legacy does I would run out of things to whine about. They answer the phones by the second ring, every time. No irritating "dial one for this, dial two for that" crap that keeps customers at arm's length. They also have a dedicated office, which means you're not getting a guy's voicemail on his cell phone while he's on another job and waiting for a callback. At the main office number I talked to Eric and Carmesha, and they're both pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient. Carmesha ends calls by saying, "And my name is Carmesha," which takes phone etiquette to the next level of professionalism. Then there's Cole Ewton, who actually did the work. He was on time for all three jobs (removing roots from a sewer line, a toilet repair, and repairing the sewer line), always answered his phone, returned calls when he said he would, and either texted or called to keep me in the loop, whether it was about his arrival time, the inspector's arrival time, or the excavators' arrival time. He was also very willing to answer technical questions. He left both job sites, indoors and out, spotless.

The excavators who dug up the sewer line preserved all the landscaping plants, and when they had restored the site you couldn't tell that they'd even been there. The ground and the mulch looked 100% undisturbed. It was amazing. As for the value for the price: Considering the ease of working with everyone, the ease of getting appointments, their communication skills, and the quality of the work, I got an excellent value. The prices were also in line (within $100) of another estimate I got for the sewer line repair and within $30 for the toilet. I recommend Cole and Legacy without reserve and wouldn't dream of calling anyone else in the future.

I requested a proposal/quote for work that we wanted to have done and Legacy was one of the many companies to respond. While Legacy was the priciest out of those that responded we decided to move forward with them based on the number of high rated reviews that they have earned. I can't say enough how great that decision turned out to be. Cole and Alex were professional and patient providing various options. More importantly, the work that was completed was excellent and faster than expected.

Gerald and Tony worked hard on their house call. Dependable, hard working, respectful, and knowledgeable. They worked to correct the problems that I was concerned about and also told me about a couple of other things that needed repairs that I didn't know about yet.
