As things often go with older homes, we have encountered more problems. We sprung two other slab leaks on different lines in the bathroom. Canon and his current assistant Gerald held to the same standard they did the first time, if not actually surpassing it. We actually ended up rerouting all the hot water in my master bathroom instead of fixing the old copper pipes that are on their last leg. True to form, the work got done very quickly, with fantastic quality, and with perfect communication from Canon every step along the way. The price from Legacy came in lower than another company wanted to jackhammer through my foundation and fix just one of the old lines. Anybody I know of that needs serious plumbing work done will be getting a recommendation of Legacy from me.

Wayne and Alex just left my daughter's house after fixing a water heater problem.. They did an outstanding job of quickly finding, explaining and recommending the proper solution for her problem. They were so knowledgeable about their trade as plumbers, honest about the best fix to solve the problem and upfront about the costs involved. They also were so respectful and and concerned about following Covid 19 protocol during this trying time of a pandemic. They didn't try to sell us anymore than was needed to solve our problem. You can assess that the company culture is one of a higher standards than most plumbing companies. I could not be more impressed or satisfied with the end result. This was truly one of my most satisfied service calls ever!!

So I found a warm spot on my floor and after a google search I thought it might be a slab leak. I called Legacy Plumbing, based off the great reviews the next day when the warm spot was still there and scheduled an appointment for two days later when I was off work. They gave me some tips to help in the meantime. They also went through and broke down pricing so I had the right expectations before hiring them! I felt their prices were more than fair. The receptionist I spoke with was so kind and helpful also when I called with a question. On the morning of the appt, when the plumbers were en route to my house, I received a text message with all kinds of information on the senior technician who was coming to my house.. so I could read up on his experience being in the profession. Both plumbers that came out were awesome... Canon & Gerald, I couldn't speak more highly of! Professional, knowledgeable, very thorough and patient with me ..and all of my questions. This plumbing world is unfamiliar territory for me and they explained everything in a way that made it so much easier to understand. I'm grateful for them making such a stressful experience so smooth.
I also was super grateful they didn't have to tear up my floors or the drywall inside my house. Instead they abandoned the bad/cracked line under the slab and rerouted a pipe from my hot water heater up through the attic to the guest bathroom which is where it needed to go. I have a single story home which made it an easier task to accomplish.
Overall, I'm so glad I chose Legacy and will most definitely choose them for any future repairs or needs!

I had a sewer line blockage on April 23 that was making sewer water come up through a floor drain in my house. This happened in Dec 2019 also and I had a different plumbing company come out to fix the issue. That plumber rushed through doing it and didn't really try to understand the plumbing set up at my 1978 townhouse. I contacted Legacy this time and they were able to get someone out quickly on April 24. Matt Tygart was the plumber that came out. He took the time to listen to me and understand the problem. He really wanted to figure out the plumbing set up at my townhouse and try to figure out what was causing the repeated blockage. Matt got right to work and found the blockage, cleaned it out and then put the camera back down the line to see what the issue could be, especially since I don't put anything down the sinks (grease, food, etc) or toilets (wipes, feminine products, etc) that could cause a blockage. Matt was able to find an anomaly in the piping and seemed to be where the blockage keeps occurring. Matt was very professional, explained the steps he was taking to find and clean the blockage. The cost of this was very reasonable I thought, under $300. I would absolutely recommend Legacy Plumbing and Matt!

I had both a busted pipe and clogged drain under my kitchen sink. We contacted Legacy late in the day and got an appointment for the next morning. That was a huge relief since we had to shut off the water to the house until someone could come to the house.

Steven and Mathew arrived the next morning. I showed then what they would be dealing with and they set about assessing the situation. They arrived at an estimate and also gave me several alternatives for me to choose from depending on what would best suit me and my pocket. Once I had settled on what I wanted they set about addressing the situation. They worked together in a very efficient manner never getting in each others way yet seemingly anticipating what each other would need next. They completely cleaned up their work area when they were done. They even went so far as to completely shine up the sink and thoroughly cleaned the under side of the cabinet when they were done. I was impressed!

I also have to say these two men were clean, well groomed and not your stereo type image of service workers. They were well spoken, friendly and engaged in a high level of customer service behavior.

I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing service. A very satisfying experience.
