I received a lot of bids and different opinions about repairing a hot water leak in my slab. I couldn't decide if I wanted to go through the concrete, tunnel under the house or reroute. I decided with a reroute and chose Legacy Plumbing after discussing the details of the job with the master plumber. My scheduled repair was 3 days from booking and was pleasantly surprised when I received a phone call the day before my appointment that they had an available crew to come after finishing a job early that day. I couldn't be more happy with Wayne and Jake! They were professional and very respectful of my home. They went above and beyond to repair the leak in a timely manner and gave me guidance on a few other issues that I had. I'm so glad that I called Legacy. Thanks guys!

One of our 2 Rinnai tankless water heaters failed to provide hot water one morning. The builder's plumber that installed it evidently failed to install the 2nd CONTROLLER to the unit that wasn't working. In addition the original install was not piped properly so it could not be drained as recommended every 2 years. Also, the company that installed the units no longer work with the builder! I explained the "no hot water" situation to Legacy and they scheduled a time to come out to diagnose and gave a quote over the phone for worst case scenario if they needed to replace the 10 year old Rinnai, which seemed reasonable when calling other companies. The day before they were to come out, the hot water RETURNED. They came out anyway and tracked the wire from the Rinnai up through the attic but could not find where the builder's plumber should have placed the 2nd controller unit for it. That controller would have given them the error code for them to diagnose what the problem was. Legacy plumbers gave 3 options: order and install a controller, drain the unit but that might initiate the unit to fail since it had never been drained, or do nothing until it stops again and then replace the unit. I opted for doing nothing. While they were there I had them replace a leaky outdoor faucet prior to any freezes this season, which was done nicely. Very competent and thorough, pleasant guys! Answered all my questions to my satisfaction! Would highly recommend.

Waited a week for the choice home warranty company to decide not to cover the boiler leakage. After the rejection, i called the legacy plumbing based on the yelp review. Alex and Nick came out the next day right at the at appointment time and replaced the boiler in the attic in about three hours. Alex went over the operation of the boiler and answered all the questions i had. He was knowledgeable and courteous. I'd recommend this company.

My garbage disposal was jammed, and it was not good timing before Thanksgiving in a few days with family coming over. Legacy Plumbing was able to send someone over in just a couple of hours - two technicians, Alex Maxwell and Nick Tubbs. They were fantastic! They were courteous, professional, wore masks and foot coverings the whole time they were here. They checked my water heater as well as my water pressure, neither of which was I expecting, and both much appreciated especially with the extra tips about both that Alex gave me. The team installed a new and upgraded disposal for me, and then Alex taught me a number of things about how to get its best use. He gives excellent tutorials! On top of it all, I was able to give them items for charity this holiday season, as part of Legacy's canned food / coats drive. They left with me feeling much happier than before they came! I have used Legacy before, and I would most definitely use them again.

My pipes busted from the Texas winter storm in February 2021. Legacy Plumbing sent Cannon to do my repair and he did such an awesome job! He was so kind and knowledgeable and taught me so many things that I needed to know. They also installed an emergency shut off in my front flower bed so I can do it myself if we have another snowmagedon! LOL

Wonderful experience with Legacy Plumbing today. Jeremy and Jordan were at my home today to fix a shower handle cartridge issue and were in an out in an hour. They were extremely polite and professional, answered all of my questions, even ones that had nothing to do with why they were on site, and the rest of my experience with the Legacy Plumbing team was excellent as well. Five stars all the way, highly recommend!

Why can't all contractors take a lesson from Legacy? I contacted them through Yelp, got an immediate response. Spoke to them and answered questions about the issue, got a price. Luis and Andre showed up the next day, on time and ready to go.
They went over what they were going to do, and reviewed the cost before getting started. Both Luis and Andre were incredibly professional and friendly. They reviewed there work with me after they were done and made sure I knew what to do if there were any issues. I'm not going to use another plumber ever! Thanks Legacy!

I had a sink that was backing up and draining very slowly and Steven from Legacy Plumbing came by to resolve this issue. Everything about the experience was great from the moment that I contacted them to the resolution. They are upfront about their pricing and will let you know how much it will cost before they get there. Steven was very thorough when examining and resolving the issue and did not leave until both of us were satisfied of the work and that it would not occur again in the near future. Highly recommended company to work with.

Once again, Legacy Plumbing to the rescue! We needed some issues repaired at our vacant rental home (toilet shutoff valve and bathtub drain stopper replacement) so went straight to them for help. Matthew and his sidekick Henry were prompt, courteous, and did the jobs fast and RIGHT. We will always call Legacy first.

Used legacy when we found out we had a slab leak a few months back. They were knowledgeable, pricing was fair, and they were realistic with the time frame. I would recommend them to anyone.
