My husband and I have lived in our home over 30 years and unfortunately found our sewer pipes literally rotting. It was an unexpected project we were not anticipating yet we knew our underground pipes were close to 60 years old. We received quotes from several contractors only to find Legacy Plumbing stood out from the rest. Jorje was very thorough in his inspection, answered all our questions and we were well informed of what needed to be done. We opted to have the entire sewer pipes and drains replaced from underneath the house to the street. Legacy Plumbing's quote was comparable to others but we chose Jorje because he was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and communicated what was to be done and understood our need to complete the job in a timely manner. I am a grandmother and care for my young grandchildren every day. Jorje and Casimiro were very reliable and on time every day and very aware of our need for water. Their constant communication to me as to the length of time to be without water was very accurate and worked well for me with my kiddos. They worked diligently and were neat and tidy and respectful of my home inside and out until the completion of the project. Julio processed and set the appointment for the walkthrough for the city permit which was approved promptly. We are very happy to have found Jorge and his team and will be calling them for our future plumbing needs. We will definitely recommend them to our family and friends.

This past week our old water heater suddenly gave out and it was time for a new one. We opted to upgrade to a slightly bigger water heater due to our family growing and our need for hot water increasing. Unfortunately the previous owners of the home had placed the gas valve in the worst possible place reducing the already narrow space to an even smaller area and making it impossible for us to fit a 40 gallon water heater. So I reached out to Julio of Legacy Plumbing and which I'm glad I did because he was very professional and very responsive since the start. He was able to schedule me for a same day service. He relocated my the gas line along with the pressure valve line. He was kind enough to also install our new water heater. All in all I highly recommend Legacy Plumbing and will definitely be using them for future projects.

Save you time and money, go with another service! the technicians were close to 2 hours late for the appt. Then they quoted me
for a purchase of an item I didn't think I needed. On top of that, Julio stated that he would have to charge me for the TIME it would take him to find the pin needed. He had forgotten to bring his box of pins so instead he went to the local hardware store, bought an entire part to simply take the pin from it. He then took the part that I thought I had paid for with him. Con artists.
