Immaculate job done by Musa! He is extremely professional and absolutely knows his stuff. I had an old hot water heater that came with the purchase of the home and it had an array of issues and weird piping that was unnecessary. He advised me on the issue and helped me take care of the twist and loops all for a decent and reasonable price. He's a people person and I enjoyed having him replace the hot water heater and giving me good advice as well.

I had a hose spicket that was frozen shut . I called Legasy plumbing , they told me there was a $90 charge for coming out and that it would be waved if I had them do the work . Kevin showed up and told me it would be $200 to replace a $6 spicket .. if I didn't want him to do it it was $90 for just coming over . I had him call them .. they said they'd do it fo $175 .. it took him 5 min to screw off the old one and screw on the new $6 spicket .. Total Rip Off !! What a Scam ! Do yourself a favor and don't call Legasy !!!

Kevin was paid to perform a service call to troubleshoot my tankless water heater ignition issues. After 5 minutes of chit chat and him telling me how bad and old our unit is, I let him begin. After a 10 minute phone conversation with Noritz tech support, he informed me that three pieces needed replacing after I had already told him it is one of those three things having called and tech support troubleshooted myself. He told me this was going to cost over $550. I kindly said no and I'll talk with my wife. Luckily, after Kevin left, my Noritz tech support called to see how things went. I told him that your company chatted on tech support for ten minutes and said things needed to be replaced that had nothing to do with the issue and sent me the links to what I needed. I am quite irritated that I basically tossed $175 into the trash(your company). I would love to see the itemized estimate and how he came up with $550 more on top of the ridiculous service call fee. I feel like google reviews and angi reviews might need to know. Just because I'm in a Community named Country Club doesn't mean I am rich and dumb and you can take advantage of people.
