Legacy Plumbing helped me out of a bad situation when my property manager sent ""their"" plumber to my rental. The original plumber charged for work that he didn't do, then was paid three times for the nonexistent work, among other problems. Legacy came immediately (no fee for that service) and identified all the problems that needed fixing, then fixed them in a timely fashion! I had a very satisfied renter after Legacy Plumbing left. The next time my renter had a plumbing issue because the hot water heater was't working they again came through. They understand the need to have a renter's issues addressed in a timely manner. Thank you Legacy Plumbing for keeping my renter happy! Of course if I have a plumbing issue at home you know who I'll be calling, Legacy Plumbing!

Frank was our tech for a complicated plumbing repair. He was extremely professional, highly communicative, and very efficient in the performance of his job. What I really like about the company is that Frank dealt with us from beginning to end. We confirmed items with customer service; but, it was very clear Frank was driving things on our behalf. Work was done as scheduled, on budget, and with utmost attention to quality. Our home was kept spotless throughout the process. Billing was effortless and I settled with Frank on the spot. I appreciate this type of infrastructure; most Businesses, have an absence of trust and training associated with their employees that they are never quite able to venture this far into employee autonomy and leadership. 2 thumbs up, 5 stars! These guys are real professional. Called them at 10:45 - they were here by noon. The technician was awesome. Was able to fix our problem all while being very professional! I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks for the fix and hopefully I don't see you guys too soon but if I have anything go wrong I will reach out to you!!!

Response times and communication was great, and the service was timely. The prices were very reasonable and lower than a few other quotes I got.
