I appreciate Legacy Plumbing coming to my house to access and estimate a potential problem with my under house sewer line.
Ben arrived on time and crawled under the house to access the situation. As it turn out, my sewer line does not necessarily need to be replaced. Ben's estimation saved me an unnecessary expense and I appreciate his honesty and advise on how to manage the situation to avoid any future backups.

Legacy plumbing is a great company!!
I called them and they were able to come out same day and unclog my toilet.
It was a real mess by the time they got there. Stuff was everywhere!!
They got my toilet working and we got everything cleaned up!!

I would totally call them again if I need plumbing help in the future.
The person I spoke to on the phone was kind and respectful. The guy that came to my house professional and kind.
I felt the amount I paid was worth the service I received.

As a CCB and Business owner, Legacy's quality is unable to pass a permit inspection. Having used them on 2 sites, it was enough to know that their prices don't reflect their experience. In addition, they don't complete their approved and paid invoices.
The first site took months and constant requests to repair, fix and get their work up to code to pass permit inspection. The second job site showed their true colors. I normally wait until a permit passes to pay the invoice. In this case, the delays was due to the city, so I agreed to pay the full invoice in order to complete the gas generator connection. In the end, they never completed the job. They will scrap the permit to hide their problems with the city and they left my client waiting on a generator install during the winter months.

there needs to be a choice if zero stars this company doesn't even deserve that! please be aware of this plumbing company! I believe that the owner Jennifer is scamming people for the money. I called to get a clog out of my kitchen sink and to get a quote on a new sink. no pricing was ever discussed. I found them through Angie's list and have since put a request to have them removed! when the tech arrived we talked I told him the clog had cleared but I still needed help with a kitchen sink. he measured and he found a sink at Home Depot and told me to order it. he was here maybe half an hour. I ride red the sink in the meantime and when it arrived it was to small! I contacted the tech and told him I would just need a refund which I had to pay 1050. half down he said I would only get 500 back! when I called and spoke to Jennifer she was quite rude and said she had to charge a trip fee and for the tech measuring. so the trip fee and the messing cost 1050!! I have never received a refund and had to deal with her rudeness!! I have turned a complaint into the BBB as well please be careful and find a different plumber to call this company will rip you off!!

Legacy did a great job at my house re-piping my water lines. I had an emergency over the weekend and had a pipe burst. They sent a plumber out right away and they were able to fix my broken water line and found that I had even more potential issues. I hired them to re-pipe my whole house. Their office staff was great to work with throughout the process. The plumbers were courteous and professional. They cleaned up each day and now my water works better than it ever has! Thank you!

They arrived quickly, and got my drain unclogged quickly, but they used a business practice that I thought was kind of shady/unsavory.

They quoted an initial price of $129 to come out and diagnose the problem. After the plumber arrived, he quoted $550 to unclog the drain. I thought this was high, but reluctantly agreed, rather than decline and have to call another plumber. He then proceeded to unclog the drain in 15 minutes, and asked for the $550 he had quoted (3% extra if paying with card, which he hadn't mentioned). I did pay it, but thought the price was excessive for the amount of time he spent.
So the lesson here is: When hiring a plumbing or other service company, make sure they quote a trip fee, and an hourly fee before you hire them. The trip fee should include the first hour of work. Make sure you get a per-hour fee - don't let them tell you they'll provide a quote when they get there - if you allow that, you'll be in a situation where they can take advantage of you, like they did me.

Legacy plumbing and excavating was amazing. They got my big project done in no time and were so professional, communicative and fast with their work.

I would definitely hire them again next time I need anything done in plumbing.
