I was so lucky to find Richie on Yelp a few weeks ago! He replaced a shower valve in a shower at my property. Richie did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. The first time when he came was for diagnostic. He drove about 2 hours just to give me a free estimate. Richie is also very professional, knowledgeable and honest. He did exactly what he said he was going to do: completed the work with a high quality, sent me an invoice and pictures before and after the work.

I've worked with many plumbers over the last few years but the ones you can trust are a rarety. And Richie is one of them.

Needless to say, I highly recommend him for anyone who's looking for a skilled, trustworthy and reasonably - priced plumber.

Richie was excellent in addressing all my plumbing needs. He is very reliable and responsive to our plumbing needs. I have a tendency of being a little bit of a difficult customer when stressed out about plumbing emergencies but Richie was very understanding and provided professional sound advice to help out. Our house was built in the 50's and we are on septic. We were having issues with leaks here and there, I fixed what I could but realized these issues were going to keep happening because the piping was so old and was neglected for years. We called to have the big Redlands companies come out to quote replacing pipes and repairs. The big companies (Burgeson's, Redlands plumbing) prices were astronomical compared to Legacy. I'm talking $2300-$3500 more than what Ricardo from Legacy quoted. Ricardo seemed more knowledgeable than those other companies, and had a much more reasonable price. His crew worked for 3 days, digging, concrete work, putting in new pipe and cleaned up every day so we didn't have to live around a big mess. I wish I took pictures, I was taken back by their respect for our house. All our faucets and drainage pipes are working great. I recommend Legacy plumbing and drain specialists to anyone who needs the job done right. If they can handle a job this size I'm sure they can handle any job, any size for a good price.
