Matthew R.I needed to find a company who could do semi-annual HVAC maintenance on my units. After several hours of research, I chose Legacy Air and am happy that I did!
My tech arrived on time and even texted me as he was headed over. He was polite, wore booties in my house, and had a mask on at all times. Whenever he noticed an issue, he took a picture of it to show me. I tend to ask a lot of questions when I do not understand something, and the tech was patient in answering all of them in detail.
Price-wise, I would say Legacy Air falls in line with other HVAC companies. Just be aware that all maintenance plans/fees are per unit, so if you have multiple units, you are going to pay more regardless of whichever vendor you choose.
I would recommend Legacy Air and even enrolled in their semi-annual maintenance plan!

Freddy L.I had a mini split a/c installed in a 300 sq foot studio room. I called around on a Sunday to schedule appointments to get a quote on doing the job. Many of the HVAC I called had me scheduled for the upcoming week. However, when I called Legacy Air, they said they can have someone out that day, I was like awesome. The technician that came out was Dave, one of the owners as I soon find out. He was courteous, answered all mine and my father's questions, was really professional. He gave us a honest quote, one of which was with patch work if it needed to be done, and one without. Now, my dad was impressed, and said let's just hire this company. Anyways, got everything scheduled, and one week later, the team of Javier and the other technician which I apologize I forgot his name came in the morning, worked diligently and got my mini split installed and working in about 5 hours. I honestly thought it would take all day, but I had my afternoon back!! So thank you!! I had cool air coming into the room, and really excited for hot summer to come and still keep cool through working in the day time. The best part out of all of this and there business is this. After the work was done, we paid for it. However, I didn't think about them not doing the patch work, and they came back to my door and told me, the payment is to much and explained why, so in a nutshell saved myself $350. They could of just drove off with the original payment and I wouldn't even have known. So big kuddos for being honest on the work being done, and not over charge me and just take the money :)

Colby saved our day! Our heater had been blowing cold airs in the middle of the night for two weeks. Two A/C companies came and couldn't find the problem. I called Legacy Air and Colby came to take a look. He found that the heater was old and had multiple problems. He replaced the heater relay, sequencer, and secured all the wires. Now we can keep using the heater for a few years before we get a new heater. Colby was knowledgeable and extremely courteous. Many thanks for being so nice and helpful!
I heard rattling when my furnace came on so called for a service call. It turned out to only be one of my vents, but the two technicians who came checked everything thoroughly. I'm always so grateful to Legacy Air that there is no upsell. I keep having this great experience with Legacy Air. Very professional and helpful.
Haley A.Wow, truly cannot describe how easy they made this. I replaced my AC and furnace and it was a great experience from the beginning. The pre-quote inspection was by far the most thorough I had received, the quote itself was highly competitive, and everyone that came through my door (and talked to on the phone) was a delight.
You should feel very comfortable with this company. Super honest; my quote included a drywall repair for up in the attic, but they didn't end up having to do that, so they took it off the invoice. I literally would never have noticed if they charged me and didn't do drywall repair.
The actual replacement was quick and painless. Punctual, fast, and respectful service. So happy I won't have to suffer through another brutal summer with a 20-year-old system! I could not be more confident with the decision to get my AC through these guys.

I'd just moved into my first home early last year. Another company before Legacy told me my unit was old and needed replacing ASAP. Then the pandemic hit. If the unit went out, I'd be up a creek.
Legacy informed me the unit was only 2 years old and would last me a decade. Their membership is 100% worth it and affordable, and the bonuses to being a member are great. Twice a year, they'll clean the coils and/or condenser and tune up your Heating and Cooling. They'll even bring filters for you. You'll get a full write-up email from the tech complete with photos of their work / the current status of your unit(s).
Brian was the tech that came out today. I only made a call in yesterday afternoon for my Heating tune up and got a cancellation appointment for this morning. Pretty awesome. My air filter sizes are uncommon. They informed me that they wouldn't have them for me by the time of my visit, and I was totally okay with that. After all, the appointment was made within 24 hours.
Well, guess what? Brian made a special trip to Lowe's before my appointment window and got them anyways. If you're looking for the best customer care and service for your HVAC needs, look no further than Legacy Air. They're simply the best.
We purchased a home 2 years ago and found that it had the original Air conditioner/compressor/heat system (possibly 15 plus years old). Started the process of choosing a company to replace the unit summer of 2019. Received bids from many different companies all were equal (or near) the same cost. We waited until it was nearly summer 2020 when we could afford the replacement. Legacy Air was the only company that contacted me (by email) during the winter to make sure if I need the old unit serviced for a tune up and to check again if and when I was ready to replace the whole A/C they would be there. I got another updated bid and since they seemed genuine in wanting my business, went with them for the replacement. The bid contained 2 different manufacturers and 2 different Seer ratings, all else that was needed, permits to be filed for the replacement (which some other bids said was not needed), cost of the crane to place the compressor over the house in my back yard. Very thorough and clear and was told to call if any questions. We went with a larger Seer rated unit because the cost was little difference once it was all written out. They told me what day to expect them and time. The entire crew (okay 3 repairmen) and the new unit was all in place before the time agreed on. Dave who I later found out was the owner explained as the replacement proceeded what was needing to be done during the installation. This occurred at the near beginning of the Covid outbreak, they were in masks, socially distanced, (my wife told me to stay out of their way), asked permission to come in the house when needing to replace the new thermostat and to test, once completed. They cleaned up after they were done and finished before the time they said it would take to install. Dave, before he left, told me if there were any issues (which have not occurred) to call him right away. There was a inspection done a few days later to quality check the installation. I was impressed with how thorough they were from start to finish. I was dreading the process of the replacement of my A/C, but I am happy to have chosen Legacy Air. Thank you Dave/Legacy for how I was treated.
