Wow would sum up this company.

We had our HVAC system installed by them last year, but there was a leak in the system from the manufacturer.

Where they could have given me the runaround and charged me for labor as only parts were under warranty, they did not. They installed a new coil at no charge and were great about it.

Very easy to work with and their folks are great. Steve, their senior installer knows his stuff. He is professional and proficient.

Initial contact for general annual service with issue prior to appointment for service. Awaited response from Home warranty provider to find out the phone person signing up this house hold for full warranty protection cariamas I'd declined any AC coverage in contract, also recorded improperly my email address yet had all payment and phone info to ensure payment received monthly. one unit of 2 AC units ceased running completely. blowing hot air and noise to catastrophic failure. At day 3'of ability to speak with
a human, not
prompt or machine, I was concerned of a false 'doubles payment' for work order(claim ), because no response absent a simple text was the reply and hours passed, no calls, contacts, emails sent to us updating any status! I was finally able to call and get a human in the phone from ARW (American Residential Warranty) and told none was made' meaning no funds withdrawn, work order/claim originated, nothing, not even a call back or courtesy update- for their major incompetent actions; So , my request was declined due to me upon initiation of warranty contract, 'allegedly' selecting ""No AC Coverage. 'Legacy Air ' (legacy AC.com) re contacted for tech component assessment evaluation. determined and provided option through manager /owner Mr. Curtis Coker whom considered all aspects of our situation and considerations. We were provided to mobile potable AC Units bringing our upstairs to 74 from 90 at reading time and climbing as heat rises. Tech Elisio -""Juno"" Sagum' , whom assessed, assisted and with Mr. Coker guided us on an unforeseen disaster of incompetence with our so called security blanket of emergency coverage-whom 2 days, unreachable, and created this mess any average person not fully aware could themselves face or be intentionally fraudulently victimised. A small claims attorney will be contacted as this was worsening-but halted through Mr. Schumer, LegacyAir and Mr. Curtis Coker ! Good folks with integrity are still here in this maze of corruption, incompetence and sheer ignorance! ***Current update: Legacy Air as stated responded within approx. 4 hours and their assigned AC/Heat-HVAC specialist Alisio Juno' Sagum' returned with (2) Two portable room mobile AC units (security deposit well agreed upon and to return upon same condition return-, thankfully as the heat has averaged 111 and no one can ensure health rest and work in anything close to that in these days! Tomorrow, We'd, 26JUNE2024, Legacy's AC/Furnace replacement team are scheduled to be on site for replacement of unit. We did need to finance for this occurrence yet weee under warranty well prior to any issues of this event, instead, they the warranty co. ARW took wrong email and marked that I declined AC coverage yet requested full coverage on all other matters. As of this update, 2 hour holds on calls to reach ARW, no luck, no return email I've sent to their claims and corporate! I will terminate the contract as their next pmt auto pay is the 8JULY24, paying for what? Total incompetence, misrepresentation, no supervisors ensuring their employees may have wrongfully acted, sheer incompetence as emphasized. Thank You Curtis Coker and Juno Sagum of Legacy Air for helping us! I'm bothGreen and Blue Line, and this is so awesome, belief and renewed faith in good people still willing to help, surpass typical service! 5 Stars 100% !

We recently had a new water heater installed. While the installation went well, within a few days, the faucet in the Kitchen was only a dribble on the hot water side. Legacy sent a service person out who identified the issue was that the installers had not cleared the lines properly causing a clog. He recommended we replace the faucet. Firstly, if Legacy caused the problem why should I replace it and not them. Secondly, as luck would have it, I had a brand new faucet available that he looked at and he didn't want to do the install. Pretty poor service. Spent 15 minutes here.
