The Legacy team is fantastic. There was an issue with my Nest thermostats not getting enough power. Initially, it was unclear what was causing the problem so they sent out a technician who was extremely knowledgeable about low voltage wiring. It ended up that the technician needed to run a new line from the rooftop units to each of my thermostats. They came back the following day to run the new wiring and did not charge me anything for the new lines because of the inconvenience of not resolving the issue on the first visit. Service and attitude were excellent.

As a new home owner my wife and I wanted to have our AC system checked. After carefully doing my research and reviews we both felt Legacy Air reviews were genuine. We called to setup an appointment on Wednesday and had a technician come out the very next day. Legacy air sent me a text message informing me the technician Javier Lopez was on the way. Javier exemplifies everything a home owner is looking for when your dealing with something major to your home. I can go on and on about the amazing experience but I can assure you Legacy Air and Javier will educate and walk you through the entire process. Any questions I had were answered in great detail. After the service we received our membership invoice we signed up for and a detailed inspection report with clear pictures. We knew our home was older and the systems as well. We have never felt so comfortable about something that can be extremely stressful ever. Whoever is running this company deserves much more than a Thank you.

Great experience with Legacy Air and our technician Javier. We had Legacy Air come out for a second opinion. Javier was kind and friendly and answered any questions we had. He even let my husband go in the attic with him to explain the work he was doing. We previously got an inspection through Goettl AC and Plumbing and they told us we needed a whole new system, Legacy Air did not try to sell us on this. Legacy Air was honest and the quality of their inspection down to the pictures and inspection report was great. Phenomenal company and will use them again and again.

Colby and Staci from Legacy Air went above and beyond cleaning my dryer vent. They had to access the attic and also the roof to get the job done. It was amazing how much they removed. It's so good to have people who are professional and polite to work on your home. I would definitely recommend them.

Read the reviews on here for legacy and decided to try them out. I called to get my AC ducts cleaned and they said they needed to send someone out to inspect and give me an estimate which they could schedule the same day! They did a thorough inspection even going into my attic and checking the furnaces. I was informed that everything was clean and I didn't need a cleaning unlike the previous company that came prior to them. My impression is this company is very honest and cares about their customers.

We've used this company in the past when we bought our house back in 2015 regarding an A/C install. They were great, came out in a timely manner, got us a new unit (our existing one was copper thief stripped) and were super friendly. Since then any time we've needed them, they've been right there, on top of it. So when we had issues with our vent not blowing correctly in our living room, once again, I called Legacy air. Got a quick response. Dave himself came out, looked at what the issue was, gave us a solution to the problem, and came by the next day with a quick fix! These guys always provide great service, and I ALWAYS recommend them to anyone that I can (anyone that will listen). Call these guys if you have problems, or just general questions, ask for Dave (he's amazing) they're open later than you would think and are always willing to help out!

This review is a little belated but i have to do it because i was so impressed by Mikey when he came over to check on our AC! It had been making some very odd noises and it was really the simplest fix that i wish I'd figured out myself, but Mikey was absolutely awesome and took the time to educate me on what to do in future to prevent it from happening again. In addition we decided to sign up for the regular service/maintenance plan and he made time to do our first service that very day rather than needing to schedule another appointment. He was patient and thorough and i couldn't have been happier with his service!

Absolutely love this company ! They have been out a few times to deal with our a/c and heater and every time it has been amazing. They are all so friendly, get out to our home quick, they are honest and efficient and super professional. Each time they told us what was going on, gave us multiple options and fixed it immediately. We have worked with both Junior and Javier and they both gave us amazing service and we are super grateful! We signed up for their maintenance plan and could not be happier!

My husband rarely shows enthusiasm with any type of service business, but he was impressed with our Legacy Air technician, who arrived on time (as promised) and left with our upstairs heater working again.
I made our appointment online and never had to call or follow up with Legacy. The 5-star reviews on YELP caught our attention and we went from there. Glad we did. If we have future air-con or heating issues, Legacy will be the call we make.
