Called mid morning and someone was over mid afternoon. Got right to work and installed two faucets in a reasonable amount of time with no issues. Although the price was a bit more than expected, these to-do list jobs are done without any strain on my back or frustration of something not done perfectly right.

Raphael came to the house and cleared all kinds of muck from our kitchen drain and even got on the roof and put the camera down through the vent. He was very knowledgeable and personable and had all the right tools. I had scheduled the high psi water jetting service in advance because we have slow drains on one side of the house. I chose Lefty's because they were reputable and $275 is the best price for a hydrojet service in SD county.

Props to Edgar and Rafael! They both literally saved the day. After having another company come out, to show up late and the next day, not show up, we reached out to Lefty's. We had no use of our shower and toilets for 2 days! We were desperate for help and fast af. They came in the morning of, made their assessment of the problem and by the end of the day, we have a working shower and toilets! THANK YOU DUDES! They had to drill into the driveway as there was a rotted pipe underground that caused the issue. The job isn't done but they got our bathrooms up and running. We were almost having to get a hotel(we have 3 dogs!). Again, you guys are the sht! No BS! Call them when you need reliable and solid service. How often do I write something for a plumbing co? Never, until now.

I called Lefty's Plumbing to install a new gas water heater. They scheduled me for the following morning. They arrived right on schedule and immediately started the work. They did a great job with the install and left everything clean and tidy. Price quoted on the phone is the price I paid at the end of the job. Rafael took care of a pretty straight forward bathtub back at one of my rentals. I had expected it to be straight forward. Sometimes they are not. What I didn't expect was for four of the big name companies, who advertise 24/7 service to not handle a 5:30 pm call. All 4 said the best they could do was the following morning.
