Hi yelp,

My landlord contracted Lefty's plumbing to look at my garbage disposal.
They called back immediately. They told me who was coming and when. They called and confirmed the appointment.

Raphael communicated his status throughout the day. And stayed late on a Friday to complete the appointment. He also checked with my neighbor to make see if they were also affected.

From beginning to end, it took less than 24 hours. Onsite time was less than an hour. Communication was stellar. Payment handled through landlord. 5/5 review.

On Friday at 4:45pm I had an unexpected need for a plumber to restore water to my home by doing some quick rework. When my last plumber didn't answer the phone, I looked at Yelp and called Lefty's. Rafael was at the house approx an hour later and got the job done in 20mins. Highly recommend!

Leo from Lefty's was here yesterday to clear our a drain. He was on time, friendly, knowledgeable and was able to clear the drain temporarily. This is an old house and needs to have the drains air jetted. He sent down a camera and was very thorough showing me why we should have the drains air jetted. He was not pushy, nor did I feel like he was upcharging me. Calling Lefty's was a great choice on my part.

I should have know after they asked ""Do you own or rent?"" They failed at snaking the drain for $380 so power washed the drain. $500 later they told me what the problem was. $3,300 they could replace the pipe with a ""credit"" of $500 for the water wash down a drain. Making customers feel obligated and anxious about loosing money already invested is not how I feel comfortable hiring tradesmen. Their camera and radar beep trinkets still don't leave me comfortable to continue business with this company. Meanwhile continuing to ask me if my husband should be involved in the conversation. Politely, I declined further investigations into who was capable of making decisions and questions about my finances. Cutting my huge loss and hiring someone else. Techs were polite but salesmen through and through, don't hate the game. $57.50 drain cleaning with proper access looks nice on the company van.

We've had lefty's put a few times now. They're very responsive, usually there same day or next day. They are professional and courteous.
