When I called I spoke directly with Raphael the plumber who assured me that everyone else was trying to scare me telling me they think its the main pipe that must be backed up. He said if it was I would see sludge in the shower and toilets. He gave me a fair price, and a time he would be here and he was prompt, polite, honest, and professional. The clogged took over 45 minutes to clear and he kept working till it was clear. When he was done he didn't try to charge me more saying it was a hard job. I am very happy with his service. I would recommend him to friends and family.

Do not hire these people! They send a guy to my house for a simple unclog, I even left the pipe taken apart for them with simple instructions ""just unclog the drain"" the guy instead tries to scam my wife while I'm at work out of another $200 saying he needed to ""rebuild"" my sink. I had to call and ask them to remove him from my home. I didn't want my wife alone with the dude after that. Then on top of that he didn't even unclog the drain which my paid him to do. I had to call Barid Plumbing and they charged half the price to unclog with a 30 day warranty. Don't trust these people in your home if you don't know anything about plumbing

I found this company on craigslist & it was my 3rd call . The others advertised but could not do a drain clean of a bathtub. I called we scheduled it and they sent me a link with my appointment time & a follow up link letting me know the driver was on the way. Ruben is very nice (& persistent as there was a lot of hair in the drain) and a pleasure to have in my home working in our house! He was on time and the fee did not change once he was done. No one likes to have a clogged drain line. After calling three big guys and not able to get a same day appt, I turned to yelp. I called Lefty and My call was answered on the second ring. With a crew nearby, they were here within an hour! The estimate was fair and they took care of the problem. After resolving the issue we were asked if we wanted to send a camera in (we have old cast iron under the house) which we agreed to for an additional charge. This was actually a valuable thing for us to ensure the aging cast iron pipes were sound, or if we would be in for additional issues down the road. No pressure, great guys and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks Lefty!!!!
