Very disappointed about their service. My furnace was down in April. They sent three technicians in four times to my house. Did not solve the problem and still charged me $300. They just did not know how.

I highly recommend Lefever's for plumbing fixes. We have an old house with, of course, old plumbing so we have had Lefever's do repairs several times. Each time they came right away (even on a holiday once) and fixed everything quickly. The people and service have always been good and we plan to continue using them.

I am very pleased with Lefever's work. We called them in a bit of an emergency and they were out the very next day, on time, to fix the issue. The worker fixed the problem, but had to order one part and came back the next day. Because it was an expensive part, they sent two guys to make sure that's what was needed so they didn't overcharge us. We called Lefever back for another plumbing issue we had and once again, showed up on time and got the job done. We are very impressed with the quality of work and reliability of the workers. Also, very affordable work. I will be using them in the future and would definitely recommend them!

I was very dissatisfied with my service. I was without water for a 2 weeks because the first plumber came over and shut off my water and just left and it was mainly because the plumber did not call 811 so service was delayed by the city. I found this out later and I could've called 811 myself, also this had nothing to do with the main problem. He did not address the main problem at all. Logan, the second plumber they sent over knew what he was doing. He fixed the tub and figured out what the problem was in no time, which was a leak in the main drain pipe. My friend and I opened the wall and fixed the leaky drain pipe. But then the other plumber came over to bring my water gage up to code on Monday and created another leak in my pipes, which through pure frustration and ingenuity I fixed. If you have to, like in an emergency and even then I don't suggest it, call Lefever plumbing I suggest you ask for Logan and if he's not available I'd hang up the phone.

We called these guys to come fix our laundry room drain issues. They were very courteous, and they have a great billing plan. There was one problem though, they fixed it, but it was like they just life hacked it, or rigged it. Sadly, a few months later the problem was back, and worse. I am not a plumber so I can't say for sure it was entirely their fault, but we paid them to fix it, we wanted it fixed for good. Funny thing is it stopped working a few days after we paid the bill. Now we're upset because we have to pay to have it fixed again. However, we may just pay a little more to have it all fixed for good...or just move.
