Had a great experience with Leeson Plumbing. Our exterior hose bib was making a lot of noise when turned on. I thought it would be a nice DIY home project that I decided to do myself. I turned off the water and 2 soldering kits later and a pretty good leak, I decided I needed to call a plumber. Leeson answered the phone, were able to give me a quote over the phone with texted pictures. I can't tell you how much I love the fact that they can do this. I hate not being able to get a ""rough"" price. Anyways, they were able to give me a competitive price and come out within the hour. Mitchell came out and did his thing and made it look easy/pretty. Also, he was very easy to talk to and great customer service. Will def keep in mind for future jobs, as I am sure I will have.

Each time Leeson plumbing has come to our house for services they have been professional and very fast! We had them replace a water heater on one occasion, another occasion fix a slab leak and this last time they installed a new toilet. Each time they responded in a very quick time and provides service they next day. Definitely will always use them for all my plumbing needs.

These guys are awesome.

They fixed a water pipe for me on a weekend and did a great job.

Also replaced a pipe and a water regulator. When I had a weird noise in a pipe and they came right out and found the problem and fixed it again and would not take any money.

I would strongly recommend these guys.

I called Ryan on Thursday to remove a toilet, replace the wax ring and replace a new wax ring. He was very informative and spent time on he phone with me.
We made an appointment for the following Tuesday. He never showed or called. When I called and texted him, I didn't receive a reply.

I can't recommend Ryan and his team enough. They were incredibly professional, diligent and responsive. Great service! Nathan and Mitchell were on time, friendly, and professional when repairing a back yard gas leak at our home in Foothill Ranch recently. This is the second time I have used Leeson plumbing in a month. The first time my wife heard running water. After contacting Leeson I was told the process they were going to use to troubleshoot and worst and best case scenario. Ended up being a slab leak. They showed up and knocked it out of the park. At a fraction of what my neighbor paid the week before for his slab leak. I couldn't be happier.
Fast forward three week. Water heater started acting up pilot would stay on and burner wouldn't stay lit. Called Leeson, replaced it on short notice another home run. These guys are professional, knowledgeable and honest. Didn't play the up charge game. I recommend Ryan to my mom. He changed her toilet out and she raved about her experience.
