Repair made by Lees had to be corrected by another company 1 week later. I left an honest review on Thumbtack and made claim then owner called me irate multiple times claiming that Thumbtack would not give them anymore assignments and its costing them money due to my bad review and claim. Company wants me to change my review and drop claim with Thumbtack. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

I asked for a price quote to fix a toilet issue at my rental and told the guy to call me back. He called back and said the bill was something super inflated and that his guy had already replaced the toilet. I told him he was supposed to let me know the price prior to doing work because that's the whole point of asking for a quote. Do yourself a favor and avoid this guy at all costs! He is one unscrupulous money gouger.

Horrible service. In 1 hour the tech went to Lowe's 7 times, didn't what to buy when replacing piping after removing a garbage disposal. He quoted $500.00 for a new disposal, i said no, he called his brother and he said, you can have it for 400.00 but you do the cleaning after I finish installing it. I said No again and he called his brother again and said 300.00. I gave a no answer and he went outside to call his brother again so I said stop the game and not replacing it. Now you are upset ahh? I said no and I am just tired of you slamming my front door every time you go in and out. He came back with a soda and spilled the soda in the kitchen floor. The cost for removal the garbage disposal is 250.00 When he charged me, he charged me 265.00/ 15.00 for service fee. He left the wires exposed and left and didn't clean up after himself. he came at 1 pm and left at 430 pm. The 3 stooges would done a better job and I would got a good laugh instead i need a handkerchief to dry up my tears for the scary moment. God, it wasn't even Halloween. Sorry I can't give him a star. Ok 1/2 if one.

The guy answering their phone, I assume is Lee, is extremely unprofessional! He was driving all over the road and also went off the road several times. This man is crazy!! I'm not sure if he was drunk or texting, but he should NEVER be aloud to drive a company vehicle!! I actually witnessed him being pulled over by the police.

SHORT VERSION: If you want to waste your money AND your time then use this company. This company was unprofessional, showed up at my house whenever they wanted to and did the job very sloppy. I would never recommend them to anyone! LONG VERSION: I contacted this company to install 3 sinks and faucets in my house after getting countertops installs in my bathroom. They gave us a time window of their arrival which was fine. They came to the house 2 hours early without letting us know and my husband was not home at the time. That was the first thing that annoyed me. Without getting into too much, when they installed the faucet and the sinks there as a leak that went to our lower level. When we mentioned it they said it wasn't their fault, when in fact it was since no one else touched the faucet's. They wanted to ignore that issue but we kept pressing. We didn't have access to water for over 24 hours since they mentioned they will come back the next morning at 6am. They didn't come until 10:30am. We also needed them to fix the vessel sinks since it was moved during installation AND we did not like the install with the white caulk exposed. They said they would come back to fix the sinks in which they didn't. They sent us to voicemail and pushed it to the next day. All of this time we are unable to use our 3 sinks. At that point a job that should have only taken a day has taken 4 days! We then demanded a refund on the sink installation since we don't like how it was done. He tried to bargain with us on how much to refund. After a back and forth we decided on HIS REFUND AMOUNT. He then proceeded to CashApp partial amounts and he still owes $23! I hired another company the next day to fix the sinks and they did an amazing job for the fraction of the price AND time. Here are photos of the job they did.

On September 15th, 2023, I called this company for help with installing my toilet. Amir, the company owner, was the one who answered my call and assured me that he would be able to assist me with my emergency. Not only did he and his co-worker Rob show up on the same day I called, but they both were able to determine that I had other plumbing issues going on as well while they were here. These guys are prompt, smart and honest, not to mention very reasonable in price. Amir keeps his word and that made it real easy for me as a paying customer to trust him.

I had issues with a previous contractor and I came across lees. Best decision I've made. I was having issues with a Toilet Installation , as well as a Toilet Repair from the previous contractor. They came out and correctly installed and fixed everything that I had an issue with with the previous person. Highly recommend you wont be disappointed five stars.

pitiful excuse for a professional. I hired this company to replace a main drain clean out that was damaged. Not only did they """"rig"""" the repair they were mysogonist in responding too me and asked to """"speak with the man of the house"""". The repair, if that is what you can loosely call it, popped back out of the ground, the tech asked if I kicked it? Stay very far away from this company if you would like to have a repair done properly

I should have followed my gut... a total waste of time. He totally inflated his rates when he arrived on-site. Avoid at all cost. Too many other honest contractors.
