I live in a trailer home in Smithfield. I have had a water leak for 1 year now.
original piping is bad and old. I get that the trailer is 1981. I don't understand why the man who came here didn't fix the hole pipe that day in April 2023?!!! I was so bad I put a claim in for it. Here it is April 2024 and I have a water leak.
The man who has been here said it's the same pipe that is broken. I asked the lady who answered the phone..
Why didn't he fix the whole pipe at the beginning of this water leak.
$ 300.00 this time $ 250.00 this time.
It has cost more in rent because of the water leak. I shut off my water to my home. I have called the office and asked if someone can come out and fix it. I'm told Monday morning.
I get it they are busy.. but no water for almost 1 week. Why can't I get someone to come out sat or Sunday to fix it.
They know I have a family living here.
To get a room. 200.00 Pay my rent.....
Then pay $ 250.00 more to get it fixed.
I'm up set he didn't ask me to have it fix right the 1st time this leak started.
I hope the owner sees this and calls me.
Upset customer for a long time.

Came on time for previously made appointment, quickly replaced the toilet, cleaned up nicely and left. The plumber was Dan and he was very friendly and helpful.

This was the easiest experience I've ever had with a service company! Called, scheduled, someone came out, fixed the problem and left. I haven't seen the bill yet, but I'll be very surprised if it's not reasonable--the receptionist told me they don't have a service call charge.

If you want someone to tell you it can""t be fixed, contact Lee. If you actually want it fixed, call someone else. I tried him once and my grandson tried Lee for a problem he had. Both times he failed when another plumber fixed the problem quickly.

Needed help fast to replace a dead water heater. Very happy with the total customer care from my first call to having the new water heater installed in less than 12 hours. So glad to have called Lee's when our water heater died a couple of weeks ago. The folks in the office were really helpful and Austin was meticulous in installing our new unit (not an easy task as it was a tight squeeze to remove the old one and get the new one in!). The actual price was a bit more than the estimate, just because of the additional labor hours to get the new unit in, but was still much more reasonable than other places I called. Highly recommend!

We just bought a home in Hyde Park. We have owned eight homes and remodeled two. My wife and I do most of the work...but not plumbing. There I look to the experts. This spring we completely remodeled our bathroom. The plumbers from Lee's, Mike and Justin were pleasant folks to work with, on time, and cleaned up. They were carefull with our fixtures and offered suggestions on options. We ran into some complications and challenges, but they were patient as we had to move the construction schedule around. The office staff was excellent...quick to answere the phones and always keeping us informed. The price was very reasonable. Plan on calling on them again for our second bathroom.

They did fix my water heater. It works well now and they didn't leave a mess.

***Warning*** - Upon phone call, I asked for this provider to come to the house and provide an estimate on the repair before any work. There was no verbal mention of a estimation fee. After letting me know that the fix would be 400 dollars, I let them know I would look into options of getting a new water heater. The response, ""Okay then, it will be 65 dollars for the estimate."" Although this fee may be written somewhere, they made no mention of it, which trapped me into having the repair and limited my options.

***Please know***- If you call this company for an estimate, there will be a 65 dollar fee.
