I panicked when I found the upstairs water heater leaking all over. I called other plumbers only to find they wanted to come over first to assess the problem, then come up with a cost to replace. I had no time for that. Robert was straightforward. He told me the cost over the phone and was able to come later that afternoon. It was a messy job, dragging a dripping 30 year-old 50 gallon tank downstairs and out the door, but they got it done and rushed in afterward to clean up the watery trail. The install was straightforward, fast and efficient. Robert was personable, has been in the business for years, and his knowledge and confidence put me at ease immediately. Andy is good people. I had my main drain snaked for $150. I plan on calling them tomorrow to have them run a camera, down the line, to ID the exact problem. The only reason why I didn't rate them 5 stars is because I'm a conservative rarer, and this is job 1 completed. We'll see what happens next!
