My dad passed and as the executor, I put his home up for sale. I found an open permit for a water heater and had the town come out to inspect so the open permit would get closed as you cannot sell a home with an open permit. It failed on many counts. I found an invoice for the installation from July of 2022 from Lees Plumbing and Heating. I called, told Lee and asked him to correct things since it was newly installed. He asked me to send him photos and a copy of the invoice which I did. After 3 days, still no response back (and I called back twice) so now I am forced to hire another plumber to correct a faulty installation which I am told will take hours and about $400-600. Unreal!
