I had used them for years....my most recent unit that they installed was faulty,resulted in damage to my dining room ceiling.They acknowledged that. They never made any attempt to rectify the damage to my home. I am done and disappointed. This not the way ro treat loyal customers

We needed our air conditioner fixed. It was leaking water in the basement and then it stopped working. They had us shut it off when I called. They came out the next day and had to clean a drain and clean a coil. All's good now

What a pleasure this company was to work with! We are doing a whole house renovation and our HVAC was a total wreck. We were given a a very good estimate, which was about 1/2 of what 2 other contractors had quoted us. We received a call from their office telling us when they would be out and they showed up on time. Caleb touched base with us every morning (they were here for five days) and politely told us what he was going to be doing that day, and every evening he told us what had been accomplished. We were very impressed with the professionalism of the whole crew and would highly recommend them. Of all the work men we have had in the house during this time these folks were the best! Les

Disappointing. I was warned not to use this business by my aunt, but I had to learn the hard way. I was way overcharged on parts, and when I tried to talk to them about the outrageous pricing, they were non-responsive. Live and learn.
