I had a plumbing issue with sinks backing up and not draining correctly. Michael came out and was very polite and professional. He had the drains cleared in less than an hour. I would definitely use this company again and recommend it to others.

Sorry but we book a appointment with Angie list. They set a appointment right away with Co. but Never got a call back stated they were not going to show up. Waited two hours with an appointment. Went out of our way with our work , come home and no show. Very disappointed
I suggest they get off Angie list if they can't keep there word or appointments.

After reading positive reviews, we set up an appointment for hot water heater repair. The plumber quoted for pilot assembly replacement for $390, and the part was only $13 at Home Depot. How could he charge $377 labor for less than 30 minutes work! He also recommended to replace a hot water heater for $2000. What a ripped off! This company is not honest, and we could never to use it again!!! He totally took advantage of a women.

He was expedient in pulling the old water heater out and installing the new one. He made sure everything was secured and sealed, that we had hot water again, and left the area cleaner than when he started the job! And we passed our City inspection today with flying colors! The service person did a great job! He was on time and ready to do the work. They have yearly specials but our air conditioning system is pretty new, so we will come back in a few years to take advantage of their yearly special. I felt the office staff were very nice and professional. I would recommend this company.

I will start this review by stating we have used Lee's Air before to install a central air and heat system and was very pleased with their service. So when we had a plumbing issue we already knew who we would call. The technician or shoul I say ""Master Plummer"" sent out was Michael Sanders. Now if you have ever used a Plummer you know just how let's just say unkept they can appear to be. Michael on the other hand looked like he was going to an interview in his fresh outfit and super clean and crisp ""Lee's Air"" starched shirt. So I thought surely he must be here to just give us an estimate, but no, not only did he assess the real problem he explained what caused it and gave us realistic solutions. We were given price to replace parts in our toilet as well as price of new one. Once we decided to replace he was all over it. ""He"" took out the old and put in the new one. Having managed employee's before I can tell you Michael Sanders is the kind of employee any company could only dream of having. He is smart, sharp and knowledgeable way beyond his years. Thank you so much for sending Michael to us.

On 8/21/19, I used Lee's Air Conditioning, Heating and Plumbing to install a new toilet in my home. This was my first time using this service, and I can honestly say the service was excellent. Michael Sanders, Plumber, was professional, as well as personable. He went above and beyond to complete the job to ensure our satisfaction. Upon completion of the installation he removed all related materials and even discarded the boxes. After installing the toilet, he informed us a a yearly repair service offered by Lee's for an annual fee which would help fray repair costs for future projects. Because of the service provided by Plumber, Michael Sanders as a representative of Lee's I would highly recommend using Lee's for quality, affordable, and professional service. I will definitely use them for future service needs, and will refer all family and friends to Lee's.
