We have a 24-hour service line for our club advantage members for urgent calls that can't wait until morning including a clogged sewer line, a broken water pipe, or a malfunctioning AC unit during a heatwave. Initially, Phil Lee and his son Bryan established the company as a commercial air conditioning service. Initially, they ran service calls in the daytime and did administrative work after hours. They grew the company to cater to residential and commercial customers. In 2011, they sold the business to an employee, Tom Howard. Now, the company is trusted by over 6,000 clients in the Fresno, Clovis area and Sacramento County.
Tom spent several years working with Bryan Lee, one of the founders, before he decided to attend business school. He believed he was leaving the air conditioning field, but his plans did not succeed. When Bryan opted to pursue other ventures, he asked Tom to come back and take charge of the business. Tom has held the position of President of Lee's since May of 2011.

I was really hoping this would have worked out better, but I think there's a communication issue happening internally. If I could, I'd give them 2.5 stars. Not the worst, but not the best.
I let their dispatch people know I wouldn't be home, but I don't think they communicated that to their tech. The tech did the best they could with the information they had, but unfortunately, that left me with a hot house for longer than I had hoped. I ended up just repairing the unit myself.
Also, the quote was pretty high. $500 to replace a single pole contactor, it's a $20 part and took me 10 minutes.
I had a problem with a clogged drain to my septic tank. Nathan Hamilton came to my home promptly to diagnose and correct my problem. They were not able to make the repair as our contract stated. Nate suggested relining the pipe. I took his advice and completed the repair.
Lance was fantastic in diagnosing the bad contactor issue in 10 minutes which took another company an hour to miss it and almost sent me on a 1200$ goose chaise. The best electrician and HVAC specialist I came across in a while. Thank you Lance!
Nathan was awesome to work with and tells it straight. I appreciate the honest feedback and helpful tips and education he provided while there.
I was a customer of crystal blue for several years and was a little hesitant when I called and found out that the had merged and were now Lee's, but my technician Lance was beyond amazing. He was prompt, extremely informative, and really helped me understand my hvac units. I will 100% continue to use them for any other future needs!
Arrived 15 minutes after calling to clear clogged drain. Good job, took about 30 minutes. Chris was knowledgeable and responded to all my questions. Cleaned up after his work and returned everything back to where it was.
Responded promptly! Diagnosed the problem, and, in addition, solved the mystery of a long standing leak that even Roseville Utilities could not figure out! Since it turned out to be a sprinkler issue, I will look for a specialist in that area. For any other plumbing issues I will call Lee-for sure!

We just finished an installation of a complete new heat pump/ac system. From the very beginning, Todd provided me with all of the information I needed to make an informed decision. He took the time to explain everything in as much detail as I wanted, and was available for several follow-up questions as I was deciding on a product and a company to go with. It was mostly due to the confidence I had from my interactions with Todd that I decided to go with Lee's Air.
When it was time for the install, John and Austin did an amazing job installing the whole system in 2 days. It was definitely difficult and highly technical work, but they made it look easy.
After the install, they helped to facilitate the testing and city inspection.
I am confident in their work and that they will be happy to support me in the future. Huge thanks to Todd, John, and Austin and everyone over at Lee's!
Lee's Air installed a new heater pan the day after it was quoted. The job was done quickly and I am more than satisfied.
They were able to get us an appointment quickly, which was helpful, however, they charged $104 for the diagnostic and then quoted me an additional $574 to replace a part that cost me $20 at Lowes and took a few minutes and a YouTube video to replace on my own.
On top of that, I asked if I could have the part name or part number since I did pay $100 for the diagnostic, and they said the technician didn't write down the part type or part number so they didn't have it to give to me. I would not use this company again.
