Lee's did a great job of communicating with me via text and phone. They were able to come out here quickly and responded to the problem I had with the air conditioning. Their technician, Brad was on time, courteous and efficient. He fixed the problem and checked a few things for me to make sure that the system was at peak efficiency.

I don't understand why the technician we had come out was very grumpy and rude. Are all of them like this? Do they not treat their employees well, Or do they just have a desperate hiring process to hire grumps

It is extremely frustrating scheduling a call and getting a call back. i had chris out he did a great job and the price was great. i then tried to call back a few times and got an AI. Then i got 2 phone calls where customer service rep told me they will have to call me back to set up appointment. That is so wild cuz now im wasting time off my work to set up time and get a runaround answer. i told them chris was here on the weekend and now somehow they cant do that and that they will have to call be back after checking with someone. its beyond frustrating. i wasnt getting a direct answer so now i have to set up service with someone else. i hope they can get a grasp on things and stop wasting time. i dont have all day to talk to 5+ customer service reps just for them to call be back.

The technician that came to diagnose my water heater issue only wanted to up sell me a entire new water heater system for 3k. The issue is a $40 part replacement. In the manual the fix is clearly stated however he could not get past the up selling of a brand new system. Very disappointing.?

I called and asked for the $99 drain cleaning that they advertise. He came out and said that it would be $387 (down from $487!) I told him I've never paid over $100 and sent him on his way. What scammers!

They responded quickly. I have a mild criticism, but not enough to post anything negative about the business. I don't think their listing mentioned that they only work on freestanding houses. I live in a townhouse with neighbors on each side. They couldn't work with me. It's a minor inconvenience but I wouldn't have wasted their time trying to get an appointment if I knew they didn't work on my type of house.

Chris Zastrow was my service technician from Lee's. They were prompt and courteous and arriving during the scheduled period, and he was extremely accommodating. He resolved my problem quickly and was quite professional in his demeanor. I will be using Lee's for all my plumbing needs going forward.
