I scheduled a routine HVAC tune up after seeing a flyer with a discount in the mail. Lance was our tech. He was friendly, considerate, on-time and very knowledgeable. He identified a few issues with our 2 units during the tune up. Lance also helped me fix a leak I had on my outside hose. He was great.

Had a fire place gas leak that Lee's did a really nice job on. My technician, Chris Zastrow, was on time, professional, and explained everything to me that I needed to know. The work was performed well and in a timely manner. Would have given 5 stars if the price had been a little less, but maybe that's the going price these days.

I highly recommend this company, Lance was the technician that came put to our house 5-16-23.. Lance w a 42 yrs. Experience hes a PRO knows it all. He charged my freon and found the leak and not only that hes friendly, honest and cleaned our A/C and checked everything made sure its all in proper operations. Thank u Lance!

We had an outside clogged drain and a garbage disposal line problem. After calling Lee's a plumber was sent out that same day. Jacob was very friendly, professional and helpful. He addressed both of our issues & gave us helpful advice to avoid future problems. We give 2 thumbs up!

I've been on Lee's maintenance plan for a couple years now and the guy I used to have was awesome but he is no longer with the company. I met Lance, my new technician today and forgot about the other guy right away. I am in the customer service business and Lance has the ""it"" factor! From the friendly handshake to his infectious smile this guy is priceless. Not only did he explain everything he did for me in a way I could understand, he took the extra steps in washing down my Carrier Unit and wiping out all of the accumulated dirt inside. He took the extra time to make sure everything was clean, safe and secure. He left making me feel CONFIDENT my AC Unit is in top shape for the dog days of another Woodland summer ahead.

Lee's Sacramento did a new install last Fall on a heat-pump HVAC Trane system to replace a 30 year old gas unit. I am very happy with this company which came recommended by my friend and neighbor. Highly recommend-very knowledgeable and professional .

Great people, fair price, and I am saving money on my bills- and I got the SMUD rebate. Thank you Jen, John, Brad and Austin! And thank you for following up with us with smiles when it started whistling last month- it was just the wrong floor filter my husband put in! I will be calling with any plumbing needs in the future.

The previous company we got didn't even open the unit and recommended an expensive part replacement, for no reason!! Thankfully Lance actually investigated the problem and figured out the proper solution quickly.
