We used Lee's twice in the last couple of months. First, we hired them to replace our water heater with a tankless model. I appreciated that the person who came to provide the estimate, Chris Zastrow, was the person who would be doing the work. He was clear about what product he recommended and why, and what the project would entail. When the day came to install the heater, Chris and his team kept us informed throughout the day of what was going on, and they stayed until after dark to finish the job to ensure that we would have hot water as soon as possible. We are enjoying our new water heater and the continuous supply of hot water it provides. The second time was earlier this week when a pipe broke in our bathroom and started flooding the house. We turned off the main water line and I called Lee's around 7 a.m. explaining the emergency situation and Chris was back at our house by 9 a.m. He fixed the break quickly and also helped us fine tune a few things on the water heater. He was genuinely interested in how the heater was working out and if there was anything he could do to help make it better. We will not hesitate to call Lee's again for our future plumbing needs.

My service representative from Lees air, Patrick was absolutely superior. He explained everything that needed to be done to resolve the problem I was having. His work was immaculate and installed very professionally. He took pictures and shared them with me. His explanations were perfect to where I could understand exactly what was going on. Technician cleared clog quickly and was very nice. However there are metal scratches in my toilet that I have not been able to remove. I was also stunned at the charge for that simple fix. Said there would be $39 house call fee and then charge for whatever they did - but $358 was way beyond my expectations to snake a toilet.

I highly recommend Lee's Air, Plumbing, & Heating! While, it's not terribly cold in Northern California in January, it is fairly cool enough to need your heater in the evenings. I reached out to Lee's yesterday asking if there was a chance they would have a technician in my area, and although one was not in my area, they rerouted a technician (Montrel) to me first thing in the morning. Montrel was very professional and friendly, and he quickly identified the problem and began to call around for the specialty OEM part that my furnace needed. The part was out of town, so he reached out to their supervisor and one of the higher-level managers (Allen) drove from out of town to bring the part to my house and install it restoring my furnace in the same day. Both Montrel and Allen taught me a few things and shared some pro-tips! Moral of the story is that Lee's has great people on their team, they are experienced, and they go above and beyond to deliver results for the customer.

This is the second time I've used Lee's Air, Plumbing & Heating for two separate kitchen sinks in our residence. On both occasions, the experience was awesome. Response, updates, communication and work completed. I also like that they are a local business! Keep up the great work!

Nathan was very respectful, very knowledgeable and cleaned up after himself! He came out at the last minute on a Saturday after a last minute call. I had a huge clog in the drain between the laundry room and kitchen. Sinks had filled in both areas and water went all over the place. He did a great job of unclogging the pipe and all is well now. I wouldn't hesitate to use Lee's again!

Had Lee's come out for $99 to determine why the a/c wasn't blowing cold air. He told me it was the compressor and a refrigerant leak. He said it would be $6000. I finally asked him to fix the leak first, and then if it didn't fix the a/c than we could look at the compressor. I paid $550 to have leak sealant put in the line. He said it was fixed, but didn't bring refrigerant to add back into the system. He sent me another quote for $900 to add refrigerant. I said no way. I found another company to add refrigerant for $500 and they came out. Turns out the leak was never fixed. Now I am paying this new company $1200 to fix the leak and add refrigerant. I have contacted the mechanic multiple times (no response). Also, Lee's mechanic completely missed that the coils were covered in debris and that caused the leak. UPDATE: The company did call me and refunded my money. They were truly sorry.

Cory is awesome! Clog is gone. Every step from the first call to request service to the parting handshake was flawless. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs! Great prices as well!

Lee's did a great job of communicating with me via text and phone. They were able to come out here quickly and responded to the problem I had with the air conditioning. Their technician, Brad was on time, courteous and efficient. He fixed the problem and checked a few things for me to make sure that the system was at peak efficiency.
