Air conditioner went out, they came out quick which was cool. The guy said the coils went out and it would be $13,000 to fix. I crapped my pants and said did you mean $3,000? He confirmed it was 13k to fix so I mentioned home depot has 4 ton coolers for 3k-4k. He laughed, said yeah maybe in the 80s and then said a new unit is $20,000. I dont know if this dude is on crack but i got a guy out the next day and he fixed it for $200. Wtf is going on guys

We we're having problems with out Air Conditioner not cooling so we reached out to Lee's. The next day Aaron came out to help us with our air conditioner, he was quick to find the problem and helped us make an informed decision on what we should do next. He even took photos and video of how he found the problem. We decided that since our AC unit was 16 years old that the best decision was to replace the unit and start fresh. So we set up an appointment with Steve later that day to talk about what type of air conditioner we would need, cost and payments, etc. My only complaint is that Steve lied to us when he said that the installation would be done in one day, when there is no way that would be even possible. (It definitely takes 2 days minimum it's a huge job.) Now that would not have been a big issue if I didn't have 3 kids to worry about keeping cool and it was 105 at the time. He should've been honest and told us it was going to take 2 days. Instead the tech sent to do measurements the day before the install had to inform us. But other than that everything went pretty smooth. The next day Luis and one other tech was sent out to remove the old AC and install the new one. They worked 2 days to get that AC unit installed and I am thankful for their work. I would recommend Lee's, they did a good job overall we are happy with the new Air Conditioner.

Everything went well with the initial service. They found that the issue with our plumbing which was outside of the house between the property line and city line. The cost was higher than one of their competitors. It was recommended that we replace the main line to the house. Professional and timely.

I have am so far behind in everything but I have to take the time to let everyone know just how wonderful our service visit was with Lee's. We have had Lee's out for just about everything, this time broke garbage disposal and clogged drain. Our skillful and professional plumbing specialist was Ebert Bissett. So pleased to see him since we had one of his cards from years ago on our bulletin board. Ebert put on his shoe covers before entering the house and got busy. The disposal was over 50 years old so as far as resolution to the problem it was a no brainer, we had him install a new one. He of course got it in fast and made sure it was working perfectly before leaving. I also found a great discount coupon and was able to use it. Two thumbs way up for Lee's and most importantly for Ebert for a job well done.
