Called to get a quote for a toilet leak and they were able to get me an appointment the same day! Brett came and was able to fix everything in under an hour after needing to get a part from the store. He was really nice and friendly! He kept me updated on what was going on with the toilet and made sure I was aware of all that would be taking place in fixing our leak after talking me through the options of what could be done to fix it. 10/10 service from the phone staff to the inspector! Brett did a great job fixing the leak, and replacing all that needed to be replaced. Everything looks great, is brand new and the leak is gone! Will definitely call again should we need any other plumbing work done. Thanks again to Brett for the awesome job and service!!

I called DB based upon their Yelp rating, which was a mistake. I have a slow flushing toilet which has been an ongoing problem due to a tree that is growing too close to my pipes. I have had it addressed before and when the plumber arrived at my house I explained everything to him. He wouldn't remove the toilet to check to see if there were roots present (like the last plumber did), he put a camera into the pipes to check and told me they had grease in them. He estimated $1200 (and up) to deal with the roots and to hydro wash the line. I paid a $95 service fee which they said would go towards the work. I never got an invoice or a receipt, never got a work order or an estimate (he said it would be emailed to me and I never received anything) and I never got a follow up call (I was told in a text that ""my job requires follow up and they will reach out to me to schedule""). So I paid $95 for them to come to my house for 20 minutes and leave, do zero follow up and I am in the same place I was before. Call another company. I gave them 2 stars because they showed up on time. But this was a one star job for sure.

Is Alexander running this place, if not he's the company's key guy to outperforming the competition.
He's knowledgably, outstanding customer service skills, and he listens to the customers issues. Great pricing i saved $800 over the competition.
Hopefully i don't run into any plumbing issues anymore but if i did Drain Busters and Alexander is the guy i Recommend.

The plumber that responded was very nice. The price is steep to just come look to see what's wrong or what's needed. The diagnostic charge will go towards the repair IF they do one. My pipes aren't clogged but there is a smell. I was provided three options. 1- snake it which would only punch a whole in the clog (that is not there). Which would be a little under $1000 for all drains 2- do a complete flush of all the drains (again there is no clog to flush) which is over $3000 for all drains 3- use thrift which is also for clogs and can be purchased at the store. I had two other plumbers recheck just to see. The first option the reconfirmed is for clogs, the second as well but is not good to do all pipes due to the pressure, and three is also for clogs. I'm definitely not sold on this company.

I found Drain Busters on Yelp and decided to give them a try because of all the wonderful reviews. They certainly did not disappoint. Our technician was Troy and he was the first honest plumber I think I've ever met. Not only did he have a wonderful positive attitude and helped us understand everything that was going on with our plumbing, he never tried to overcharge us or sell us on something that was unnecessary.
I was absolutely astonished when we received the invoice and it was even less than what we were quoted in the first place. I'm going to be referring Drain Busters to all of our friends and family and anyone we know who might be running into Plumbing issues.

Aelxandro and Drain Busters were excellent in servicing my plumbing problem. My problem was a running toilet tank. The price to fix was fair and the service was excellent. Other plumbers charged more or were not available. So, I highly recommend Drain Busters.

The first time I used their service they were awesome but , they increasingly got worse because they started sending out one guy who did terrible work and had to be called out again to fix his mistakes . Months ago we had one of their people come out to do some repairs ( they sent the same incompetent worker out ) the work was not that hard to do and shouldn't have been expensive since I already had the parts to replace but , that one worker ( Daryl ) wanted to charge us over 500.00 just for one fixture, I told him I'll get someone else and I did . I found a more reputable plumber that fixed both problems , did it in less than an hour and charged me only 160.00 and he gave a military discount .

Drain Busters was great. They beat the competitor on price and communicating with me. My sink install went smooth and quick. It looks great and functions properly. Nelson the tech was on time and polite.
