I called this morning and this afternoon, my problems were fixed & for less than I would have paid somewhere else. I had a leaking toilet that was going into my neighbors garage (condo). I also recently purchased a new disposal (that my brother was going to install - but hadn't yet) & I added that to the job too - needed it done. Troy was awesome, very personable and professional. Nathan was our technician and he was fantastic! Fast, so friendly, and very professional. He was even friendly toward my dog!! He replaced our kitchen faucet, and even took the old broken one away. He was so quick, yet very thorough, even making sure the water temperature was restored correctly. I will definitely use Drain Busters again for my next plumbing need!!

Needed an emergency repair (leaking valve in the 11 yr old reverse osmosis system) water spraying. Had to shut main off. Received an immediate response from drain busters with a quote based on photos I included. Nathan the plumber came exactly at the scheduled time... WHAT??!! Friendly, articulate, loves his job, super skilled, replaced the shut off valve, removed the old leaking system gave us our exact options to replace the old system (installed) for less than half the price of our old system. He even put in flex lines with caps to install the new system!! Best Part Besides. Great Repair, the quoted price was honoredeven though he did all the extra work & completely cleaned up the mess afterward. AAA+ HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I just have to mention that Troy the owner is extremely prompt with his replies to all your questions and needs. I appreciate that in a business especially coming from someone as busy as him. I didn't end up using drain busters because my tenants forgot about the home warranty they had but because of his professionalism I will definitely save his info and use drain busters in the future. Very happy with Drain busters. I sent a YELP quote to four different companies asking for a ballpark quote for a simple service. Drain Busters was the only company that answered my question. Everyone else gave me their scripted ""call and we will send a technician to give you a quote.""

Not only did Drain Busters answer my questions promptly and as requested they were super polite and pleasant to deal with. They made an appointment same week and had the repairs made in a flash. They came in close to their quoted amount.

From start to end of service they were polite and forthcoming. Looking forward to working with them again in the future.

Nate showed up on time and did a great job with my rusted kitchen faucet. He could of charged for the extra labor for having to saw the faucet out but he didn't.
