I decided to call Drain Busters because of their authentic reviews, and was not let down. So here is mine: I stupidly backed up my kitchen drain last night. Tried Drano, didn't work. (which I learned is inadvisable with a garbage disposal, even if it says its safe on the product). Called Drain Busters right at morning open (which was a Monday) and they scheduled me for the next morning at 8am. Then they were able to come even sooner that same afternoon and were so nice, efficient and respectful. Larry and Spencer got right to work and were very careful about not making or leaving any mess, and fixed my problem quickly. Larry even cleaned up the sink mess left by the drained water. They wore masks at all times, gloves and shoe coverings, plus socially distanced. Larry also explained a couple of helpful things to me, which I greatly appreciated. I felt totally comfortable with them in my home. And the staff in the office were professional and friendly. I highly recommend Drain Busters.

We had a serious water leak problem which we thought was in the main water line. We started with a company our neighbors recommended, but after one day of digging around, they didn't show up again, leaving an open trench and piles of rocks on our driveway. After weeks of no response, we looked for another company to do the job, and we were drawn to Drain Busters because of the ratings and their slogan ""Of course, we can!"".

So glad we did. From the first communications. meeting Troy the owner, and then having Nathan work on the job, this was topnotch.

Nathan showed up promptly on the time he said he would. He was very polite, explained everything he was going to do and was doing, secured the dug out area with warning tape, moved rocks with sharp edges away from where the new water line is located, smoothed over the sand, swept the garage and the driveway, etc. He went above and beyond!

When we received the invoice, it provided a detailed summary of what Nathan had done. Bravo! This company and its staff are the best we've ever had and we can't think of anyone we'd rather hire anytime we have a plumbing/drainage issue.

Here's what the invoice described:

* Upon arrival i started by digging a trench from the water meter to the left side of the house

* I then connected the irrigation line to the water meter to check for any leaks in the system. There is a very small leak so i talked to the customer and he said he will get it fixed at another time. I told him to watch the meter to see if it gets worse. The leak is so small it leaked less then a half gallon all day

* I dug the trench 18 inches deep to make sure the line was below the frost line. I then ran the new 1"" water main to the house and then used copper to run it into the house

* Once I had the line ran into the garage I transitioned into PEX and ran it along the ceiling of the garage and over to the pressure reducing valve. I transitioned back into copper to tie into the main going into the house

* I the insulated all of the new line from the meter to the PRV. I made sure the line was adequately strapped and secured to the walls and ceiling

* Once the line was ran and my connections were made I turned the water on to the house and checked for any leaks. There are no leaks in the main line I ran

* I then repaired the irrigation system (pvc) and polly line that the previous company broke and then tested to make sure my repairs dont leak. There are no leaks in my work

* I the buried the line after wrapping tracing wire around it for locating purposes

10 year warranty except connections to existing pipe

Beware of price gouging. We received an initial quote of $200 to come out after they completed the work the price jumped to $300. Gave me one price on the part after install that price jumped up as well. Sadly I have more work that needs to be done. New toilet installs but they won't get anymore of my business. I need honesty. I have no problem paying for services I just have no respect for people. Try to get over

I was very impressed! I asked for other estimates and this was the only business that used my name to address me when sending a message. The plumber was punctual and knew exactly what to do and how to do it. Well done!

There was a leak in my laundry room and I looked at yelp for help and was Intrigued by the 5 star reviews they have. A very polite lady answered the phone and enquired about the problem and scheduled an inspection right away.

Boom! with out any follow up call, there comes the rescuer, MR.DAVID. A sociable, well mannered & easy to talk to person. Inspected the leakage , explained to me and the insurance company about the problem.

Once, the restoration company made necessary amendments, he promptly came back at the day & time they promised and reinspected ( now, that the walls were open) and i was told that the leakage is from the drain pipe and the bathtub (underneath lies my laundry room) and needed a new bath tub, that means a new tiling , labour, drain pipes etc. My heart dropped as we were expecting a baby in a week, holiday season and a lot of expenditure in the forecast.

But, Man oh man! this guy calls me back while I was at work , These were his exact words, ""WE WANTED TO HELP YOU OUT SINCE YOU HAVE A LOT OF EXPENSES , ESPECIALLY WITH A BABY DUE IN A WEEK. WE CAN MAKE SOME ALTERATIONS TO REDUCE THE COST & FIX YOUR PROBLEM. SO THAT YOU CAN ENJOY WITH YOUR NEW BORN RATHER THAN STRESSING ON THE FUNDS. What a kind person and the company. What business these days things about kindness rather than profits, But Drain Busters did. They fixed the problem in a few hours and 24 hours , I was able to use my bathroom with no leaks what so ever.

They have won my heart and a client for life. David is the guy to go to and a true asset to Drain Busters. We need more people like you in this world. You brought down my expenses to a less than half with your quick and smart thinking. I highly recommend David and Drain Buster to all the potential clients. Way to go Drain Busters.

David did an incredible job! He is an amazing person- saw my dad is a veteran and when I told him he had dementia he asked that I pull up a chair for him so they can talk while he worked. It meant the world to us- with Covid he has been so isolated and he has been so lonely - he loved to spend time with a fellow veteran. David went beyond the extra mile- Not a kinder person around! The fixed bathtub is great -but the kindness is a treasure!

We replaced a bathroom cabinet and found out the plumbing needed to be updated underneath the sinks. We received a few quotes that were almost double the cost of what Drain Busters offered. David was our repairman and he was knowledgeable not pushy and got the job done in no time.
