Outstanding service from Terry Leeper! This man fixed my complete well system and saved me hundreds of dollars. I can only think the bad reviews are from competitors!

Called Leeper yesterday to install a new well tank. I was expecting to get a wellXtroll wich is a high quality tank. A State tank was installed wich as I found out you can buy at Menards for $329. I was charged $1300. Called two other services,, they use Wellxtrol wich cost twice the price , but the total cost was the same as Leeper.They were there for not even two hrs. Water all over the room, had to clean up everything using my bath towels now that he took. This morning go into the utility room, and water all over because the Pipe sprung a leak. That had to be fixed and everything had to be cleaned up, again, not to mention I lost a client I was supposed to see. Bottom line. I felt I was ripped off. Do your research and find professional people to do the job

These guys did me a solid. They came out on a Saturday when my well died. Terry was very knowledgeable, and did great work for a reasonable price!

Will definitely use them again for other plumbing and well related needs.

Leepers well service is the man to know if you have a well that needs service. Professional and reliable, if you have a well or pump. He has done work for us in the past, and we wouldn't hesitate to call him in the future.

STAY AWAY. Terry is extremely knowledgeable, I can't argue that. what I can speak to his lack of integrity and follow-through. He uses generic parts that are used it refurbished and charges a premium. had my system with him golf about a year and was calling him monthly go fix it. had to switch to another company. he's known in the industry for his slimy ways. bottom line! STAY AWAY

We were having issues with our well tank/water pressure. Called Leepers and my husband explained the issues over the phone. They came out within a few hours, replaced well pressure tank and were done in under 2 hours. Very curious, efficient, professional. Will definitely call them in the future if we have well issues.

Please stay away from this company. They do not have a valid Illinois business license, and they lie to you about having a septic license. He charged us money for a well and septic inspection on a house we were purchasing, and he came to the house acted incredibly unprofessional, and even issued us a fake inspection report on the septic system (which he doesn't have a license for). I called him and asked why his license isn't registered with the department of IL and he Said he uses his buddies license (again totally illegally) PLEASE stay away from this guy- he will rip you off.

Very bad business. Workmanship is not per code and has to be redone. Water tank was unnecessarily replaced for more revenue. Do not recommend this service.
