Great company!! They were our 3rd plumber of the day and they fixed the clogged tub in an hour and a half! The company before told us we had to rip out the tub, jack hammer the concrete and open the pipes. Lee and Sons saved us sooooo much money! I believe the guys name who can over was Josh. He was so positive from the minute he walked in the door and he was determined ed to fix the problem! Conan who I spoke with on the phone was equally friendly and professional! Don't mess around with the other guys! This company is legit!! Thanks again guys!!

Awesome plumbers! (And, I have hired a few over the years....) Every time I have called Lee & Sons they have placed me on their work calendar very quickly and, even more important, they have showed up at the time they told me! Their work was completed quickly and professionally. The gentleman that has worked at my home was extremely careful not to make a mess (there wasn't even any spilled water from the drain!) In addition, the final price I was charged was less than I anticipated. I will continue to use Lee & Sons for future work at my house. I will recommend this company to anyone who needs a good plumber.

We had a leaky shower faucet and I'm so glad that I called Lee & Sons to do the repair! Robert was onsite within 30-40 minutes of my call. Same-day service is difficult to find and I really appreciate that he was able to stop by so quickly. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. He found the trouble and fixed it without issue. In addition, he advised me on another concern that, left unresolved, could've potentially caused a flood. 5-star quality service. I'm thankful that we have Lee & Sons in Santa Barbara and will definitely be calling them for all of my plumbing needs moving forward.

Lee and Sons has been the best plumbing company I have had the pleasure to work with. My plumbing issues ranged from a backed up sewer, to a mystery leak deep in a wall. They came out on emergency notice and really did a great job and fixed all my sewer pipes. Yuck. The major leak ended up being a month long job. Other plumbing companies were stumped and could not figure out the problem, Lee & Sons was tenacious and figured it out. Problems kept coming up, but they always figured out a way to make it work. Thank goodness! It could have been a real nightmare, the emergency remodel took our whole summer, but in the end, they saved our little side of the house. I have them on speed dial now.

Woke up yesterday to no hot water. Got a referral from a friend i trust and called Lee and Son Plumbing at 7 PM. They came out the next day and replaced my water heater. Excellent workmanship. They even cleaned my basement sink drain in the process (for free). I will use these guys whenever I need plumbing work in the future!

Had a relatively new water heater stop working. The contractor that installed it was out of the country so I yelped for a heating and plumbing contractor. Called into the office and they took my info and had one of their techs come out in the afternoon. He diagnosed a bad starter element for the pilot light, went to the distributor and got one and fixed the unit. Vacuumed up when he was done - very pleasant individulal. Would definitely call on them again. Great experience

We were referred to Lee and Sons from our good friends who have used them many times over the years. We have used them twice and were so fortunate to have found them. They were fairly priced and did a great job in a timely manner....Very kind and trustworthy company . They came out and assessed the situation (The first time our whole downstairs was flooded due to a broken pipe in our upstairs bathroom wall.) Both times we needed them they showed up when they said and took care of our leaks quickly.

My first experience with needing a plumber, for emergency service, was a refreshing surprise. I have the good fortune of knowing a lot of people with a lot of connections, but it's still a difficult thing for a single working mother to handle alone. Robert arrived promptly (early actually) and got right to work. It was a challenging job because the ideal way to replace a shower valve is from behind, not the front. Being in a condo, that was not an option because it would require cutting through the exterior wall on the second story. Needless to say, he had to cut through the fiberglass liner and do the job through a very small opening. He was the perfect blend of professional and friendly with a great sense of humor. I probably interrupted him a little too much, but it was just my nerves after not having water in my house for 3 days, not sleeping much and still getting to work in the morning for at least a few hours.

I'm sure Lee & Son's won't mind me also acknowledging Don Howden of Quality Plumbing. He was referred to me by our association president and he then worked tirelessly (and I mean he did not give up and leave me stranded!) to find a company that was not only one of the best in town, but available after a stormy week-end with lots of emergencies, far worse than mine.

Thank you for reassuring me that there are still good, honest, reliable companies out there. I will definitely recommend Lee & Sons if anybody ever asks if I know a good plumbing company.

I'll need a new water heater very soon, so Lee & Sons will be my first call.
