After letting them know what was needed to be done. I was told they needed to do their own testing. Not only did they not listen to me but sent over two unexperienced plumbers. Took them 3 hours and at end to have changed what I told them needed to be changed. Not sure if they are taking advantage because I am a women and my daughter needed help. Would not recommend for a female to ever call this company. They will change you like crazy.
It is sad to say this is why most females hate dealing with plumbers, technicians, mechanics etc.

Lee & Sons plumbing came through in 2020 when our sewer got backed up. They ran the sewer machine and even put a camera to double check everything. They also helped us reset our toilet. Embarrassingly enough we thought we had paid them for their excellent service until we received an invoice. I was shocked we hadn't paid them. I came to apologize in person and pay up! The owner (I think) was super sweet and kind. Glad we have wonderful small businesses that value their customers.

I can't say enough good things about the team at Lee & Sons! We use them exclusively to help us maintain our office building and our home. No job is too small, their response time is awesome and the quality of the work is top notch. As others have said, they don't leave until the job is done right and the customer is satisfied. And, I always feel like I got my moneys worth! They are an great old fashioned business that we are lucky to have in our community.

There is a real ""lets-do-it-right"" attitude with these fellows. After a heavy-duty snake-out of our 120-ft line, they ran a camera down the line and decided to use a big ""hydro-blaster"" machine to get some pesky roots. And when the next camera shots were taken, they insisted on ONE MORE PASS! The resulting camera revue was so clean I told them I was going to go to them for my next colonoscopy! They said this routine (the hydro-blaster, not the colonoscopy) was common for them, since they didn't want to leave any roots in the line. Really a conscientious bunch!

Great company!! They were our 3rd plumber of the day and they fixed the clogged tub in an hour and a half! The company before told us we had to rip out the tub, jack hammer the concrete and open the pipes. Lee and Sons saved us sooooo much money! I believe the guys name who can over was Josh. He was so positive from the minute he walked in the door and he was determined ed to fix the problem! Conan who I spoke with on the phone was equally friendly and professional! Don't mess around with the other guys! This company is legit!! Thanks again guys!!

Awesome plumbers! (And, I have hired a few over the years....) Every time I have called Lee & Sons they have placed me on their work calendar very quickly and, even more important, they have showed up at the time they told me! Their work was completed quickly and professionally. The gentleman that has worked at my home was extremely careful not to make a mess (there wasn't even any spilled water from the drain!) In addition, the final price I was charged was less than I anticipated. I will continue to use Lee & Sons for future work at my house. I will recommend this company to anyone who needs a good plumber.
