I moved into my first home and HVAC didn't work, which was inconvenient during the heat wave. It turned out the problem was electrical and the seller offered to send his guy over, but I wanted someone independent and I could trust. My friend recommended Lee and I called him up. I wasn't optimistic about an appointment considering Memorial Day weekend was looming. But I called on Thursday night and he came over Friday afternoon.

Lee has this relaxed and charming demeanor that is quite comforting. But what was even better is he looked at the problem, figured out a solution, and fixed it on the spot. The total price was a $85 service fee and $30 for a part that he had in his truck. And what was the best part was Lee looked at our electrical box and fixed some of the problems with labeling and wiring and gave his stamp of approval. It is good to have a trusted professional assess the electrical.

It was an unbelievably positive experience and I wholeheartedly recommend his work.
