Raymond came out for just for a maintenance check on my a/c unit .He was rude and give me a outrageous quote for a contact and then he told me my unit was 9 years old and kelp pushing my to buy another unit from them.When I told him no I don't even think he finished putting in freon in my unit .If I call Lees again I don't want Raymond to be the service guy .....

Lee's Heating and Air overcharged me $600.00 to take this much lint out of my dryer exhaust line. I called and spoke to a supervisor and he acknowledged that apparently they had overcharged me. We agreed that he was still going to overcharge me more than any other local business charges for the same service by about times two but they would also run my service contract with the excess funds. This will be my last year for the service contract with Lee's Heating and Air.

This company does thier best to take advantage of the elderly. My elderly mother has dementia and in 2023 """"Lee"""" came out to service her HVAC system they disconnected her heat and told her that she would """"Die in her sleep"""" if she didn't pay them $11k for a new system. A different company was called and found nothing wrong and re-connected her heat. I called and explained Mom's dementia and told them to stay away. 3/1/24 """"Lee"""" showed up again and again shut off her heat but this time she was going to die if she didn't pay them $13k to replace the system. Milton Heating and Air came out this time for a second opinion. Again, reconnected the heat and found nothing wrong. I heard the technician telling her that she was going to die from carbon monoxide poisoning and then he told me the same. What seems to really be happening here is they see elderly victim with an older system and try to exploit their age to take thier money. Predators at thier worst. Check out the Google reviews. Looks like a pattern.

hi had a new AC unit installed in August 2021. And the last four days I'm getting a message that my compressor is shutting off too early. So my house is getting to 80° for no reason I called to have someone come out and service it and they want to charge me $99 to do a diagnosis on it, the unit is less than five years old. This should be a service that they cover within the first five years and not two years don't recommend.

Driver almost killed me and my mom by making an illegal u-turn this morning in crestview. they need to be fired or something...there was even a sign that said no u-turns and she laid on her horn

Do not call this company! Through a fault of my own I disabled my AC unit, called this company during a workday and was told as soon as the service tech was done at his other job, he would come over. He did... and charged me $460 for showing up! He did replace a part that I have since found out was a fair price, but at what point was less than an hour of his time worth $460! I am an elderly woman, and I firmly believe he took advantage. He also provided me with a very high quote for a replacement system that I will not use. Do not trust this company!

I got a flyer in the mail for an inspection .they said I needed some ductwork done in 2 small sections...2 guys were here for about an hour and a half..never saw them bring in new materials but they took out a little of the old...they broke both ceiling entries to the attic...did not tell me...didn't get an estimate or receipt or material list...I am a 90 yr old air force widow and was ripped off terribly.. They charged me over $8000.00..I tried calling the office..they hung up on me and will not call back...DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY...THEY NEED TO BE CLOSED DOWN !!!

They wanted to charge me $10k to replace a unit that another company diagnosed and repaired for $700. Since the damage was caused by lightening. I told them I would check with the insurance company. Technician got nervous and tried to talk me out of it. Very dishonest!

This company installed a new heat pump/ac in our home in June, 2024 for $14,000. Here it is September, 2024, unit is not cooling. Called on Sunday, received no call back, finally we called them on Monday morning and they sent a technician that afternoon. After spending over three hours, telling me not to use the air filters I had bought, etc., he claimed it would take some hours for the house to cool down from 79 to 71. This sounded strange as it was extremely hot when we had the unit installed and it cooled our home very fast. Here it is Wednesday, unit has been running nonstop for three days, temperature is down to 76 probably because it's cooler this morning, but still has not reached the set temperature. Received a call from the company they are sending the SAME technician that spent over three hours working on it Monday and couldn't repair this brand new unit. Would not recommend a company that cannot service what they sell!!!

When a business offers you a free A/C inspection, then the old proverb """"if it sounds to good to be true, it usually is! I looked at your rating and previous customer reviews and it verifies what I suspected. I wonder if anyone has contacted the better business bureau and reported you folks.
