Lee saved me $1,600! Excellent, honest, and affordable plumber! Lee came out and replaced a washer kit for our washing machine for $1,600 less than another company quoted me.

I had received the quote from another plumber (who used high sales techniques looking back), and paid them $1,000 deposit to put in a new washer kit. Within one hour of scheduling that plumber, I felt unsettled and thought I should try to call another plumber (in hopes of speaking to an actual plumber) to ask if that is a reasonable price for that job. I found Lee Edwards Plumbing with lots of great reviews and called. Lee answered the phone, and I asked if it is reasonable to pay $2,000 for that repair. He said that was an absolutely outlandish price and he could do it for under $500. I immediately canceled the other plumber and scheduled with Lee. He came out a day later and did the job for under $400! I completely trust Lee Edwards Plumbing, and will use them now on for any plumbing needs.

ALSO, not only did the other plumbing company WAY WAY overprice that job, he said that below the valve was lots of mold and asked if he could give me a referral for a restoration company because it could be serious. That's another story - but without my permission or knowledge, a guy from a resoration company showed up within two hours after he left, unannounced, saying he was told he had an appointment for an assessment of the mold (and there is more to the story about that). But when Lee did the repair on our washer valve, he quickly cut out the piece of mold (it wasn't that big) from the sheetrock, and it was dry and fine. No scare of needing a restoration company (who tried to get me to file a claim with my insurance company when he came out, stating that there was other mold areas that would require a huge restoration). Also he did not try to sell me a new water heater or water conditioner as the other plumber did. So many dishonest people out there. I am so grateful to have found Lee when we did. (still waiting on our $1,000 deposit back from the other company - so hopefully that will go well).

Came to the house to diagnose the problem and stated he would send me a quote. After a week of not hearing back, I texted him asking about the quote; he texted a picture of it the next day. The quote was very vague, so I texted him back with questions. No answer. Sent another text. No answer. This was a few weeks ago. I haven't heard from him again.

I'm really frustrated with this company. I paid Lee a lot of money to do the plumbing for a kitchen remodel a couple months ago. We have had 4 leaks from our kitchen sink since then (although one of them was probably not his fault), and each of them caused a lot of flooding. The first 2 he came to fix, but then it leaked again in the same spot. Now his response is that the entire drain line needed to be lowered because our new sink was too deep, which would require removing our newly installed cabinets. Wait what?!? Why am I just hearing about that after all these leaks? Isn't that something you should have informed me of when you first started the work, or at least after the first leak? Now I am left with plumbing that doesn't work in my nice new kitchen. No offer from Lee to fix the issue or refund any of my money. Now I have to pay another plumber to come out and fix his work. I would expect a plumber with integrity to see to it that the job was done correctly, and if not, offer a refund on the money I paid him in good faith.

Lee is awesome. Came to my rental home when contracted out by the property owner to fix a smelly, broken vent pipe under the sink.

He was super friendly, easy to work with, and knowledgeable. I'd recommend him for sure.

We were having an issue with low water flow at our house. Lee came by and fixed the problem in a couple minutes. He is super honest, reliable and we are very impressed with his work! He didn't draw anything out to charge extra, he didn't try to sell us on anything we didn't need, he was just friendly and helpful like a family member coming over to fix something for us.

Lee and his team are great, I can't express how grateful I am to have him to take care of any of my plumbing needs. I had a different plumber come out first and didn't feel right about their diagnostic. Lee came out, did it right, and proved to me I chose the best guy for the job. (The other company mismarked where my sewer main was by about 6 feet)
