Working with Mr. Diaz and his crew was a great and very easy experience. At first, after trying to work with other local contractors, and a few larger companies, my husband and I grew tired of the and just quit. We recently began the process anew and found Mr. Diaz's information on Yelp. When I say the process was easy... it was EASY. Mr. Diaz provided a quick and extremely reasonable quote for a backsplash install and to repaint our kitchen and family room ceiling following a minor leak and repair. He and his team arrived at our home on time and worked efficiently to provide us with an end result that rivals competitors. I have a long list of upgrades that we are starting for our home and have already contacted Mr. Diaz to perform the work. He has shown himself to honest, reliable, and his prices don't make me faint. During our process, he was upfront in explaining the process to complete the job and there were no surprises or extra costs added and padded on. When the job was done, my kitchen and living room were left clean where one would question whether I really had contractors in the home. He and his company are truly a class act. A+++++++ service.

I placed a call to this contractor 12/11/2017 seeking home a contractor to do a home construction project. Lee, the owner himself answered the phone with a very nasty attitude. He didn't say this was his company or company name. It seemed as if I woke him up. His attitude was poor and unprofessional particularly to a potential customer. I would not recommend this contractor to anyone. If you are the owner of a company you should be able to represent better than ANY staff member.

Lee replaced a wrought iron handrail in our home with a wooden banister. He was very responsive, arrived on time and he and his team worked quickly to get it finished before Thanksgiving. His price was reasonable. I will be calling Lee for future projects!

Lee and his team just finished a wonderful master bathroom remodel for my wife and I. They completely gutted the bathroom, installed floor to ceiling tile according to our wishes, rainfall shower head, new toilet, light fixture, new finishings, and even a custom floating wood countertop for the sink. They were able to complete the job in three weeks for a very reasonable price, and we are very satisfied with the results. Lee and his crew are nice and professional. Lee knows what he's doing and was able to work with us and accommodate any requests or changes of plan we brought up.

We love Lee. He renovated our master bathroom and fixed numerous problems. We had leaks that damaged the basement ceiling, and he fixed everything to work correctly, and look brand new. He was always responsive, came over on Saturdays to make sure everything was perfect and complete, and gave us detailed spreadsheets of all materials and costs. Lee really takes pride in his work, and we were not an easy project. I won't hesitate to call Lee again to help us update our 1950s house.

If I could give this guy 'zero' stars I would, as he started the job but never finished! He cancelled on us a total of four times, and when trying to get in touch, he was always very slow and unresponsive. We had a leaking shower and wanted to have the leak fixed, replace the damaged flooring with tiling, and have the bathroom repainted. After constantly chasing him, we finally got Lee out, he cut a hole into our wall, did some poking around, left, then he cancelled two successive appointments to continue the work. His last excuse was, 'I have the flu, can I come Wed?'. He never came back, never contacted us, and this is the fourth cancellation. DO NOT GIVE THIS MAN ANY MONEY and certainly do not waste any time, as he'll waste your time, too, starting and never finishing! Please move on!

I wish I could base this review on the actual work but we set up a time to meet and receive a quote for a bathroom shower renovation last Friday at 6pm. Lee never showed up nor explained why he missed his appointment. It was over an hour (husband even took off early from work for this) before we messaged him to cancel any plans of doing business with him. We are disappointed by how unprofessional he was. It has been four days and still no response or explanation as to why he was MIA... back to the drawing board.

Lee is the man! My wife and I decided to renovate our kitchen. I was eager to get started (as you can see in the demo picture) and did all the demo myself to save some money. While completing demo we began interviewing contractors, none of whom we felt truly comfortable with for a variety of reasons. With a gutted kitchen we did not have time to waste, that's when my wife's good friend referred us to Lee, after he recently completed some work on their bathrooms. We knew immediately he was the man for the job, he pointed out things that the other contractors did not even mention, and was clear about cost of taking different approaches to our redesign. At the end of the day his professionalism and fair pricing is what sealed the deal. This professionalism continued throughout the job, and when we ran into those unexpected/ expected surprises he kept pricing reasonable. Lee and his team were friendly, clean, and masters of their craft. I could not imagine working with anyone else on the project. On the final day I felt like I was saying good bye to a friend. We have more work we need to do and Lee will be our first and last call. I highly recommend Lee if your looking for professional job at a competitive price. We love our new kitchen! Thanks Lee!!!!
