Lee county plumbing & well REFUSED a simple request for the invoice sent to builder for proof of service repair to obtain a leak adjustment from the city of Cape Coral - not much to ask for to keep a customer happy - won't be using this company anymore

Not sure what changed.... good service one time then went to crap. Signed a service contract and customer service disappeared. Little to no communication, poor service, dishonesty, lack of follow through, unprofessional, sloppy work at best. At its worst, complete lack of communication and follow through from management.

We were introduced to Lee County Plumbing via Yelp for a simple Ice Machine hookup. The service Tech Richard came right out to look at the job and provided a very good estimate for this job with a quick turnaround on completion. Kelly, the service manager helped explain the job and nicely provided a discount to match his competition. Over the years like many of us, we sometimes struggle to find a honest and reputable service company, but today I have found a firm that I can trust and rely on future needs. Thank you Kelly

Great service! Friendly, professional, and responsive. Wednesday morning (7:45 am) started with a broken pipe just below the spigot on my well. I called Lee County Services Inc right away and their emergency line responded much faster than I expected. I had turned off the pump meaning no water to the house. Their team was at my front door by 9am. They worked quickly and had the spigot that had broken off replaced. While I initially had sticker shock ($350 for approx. 15-20 min of actual work) I really do appreciate their fast response. The fact that my call was treated with urgency and they offered a 1 year warranty ($50 which is part of the cost above) helped me to swallow the cost a bit. While I am very appreciative of their responsiveness I do want to share some concerns. It bothers me that there is no pricing information for their services anywhere, I would feel better being able to see at least basic information on their labor rate per person. After the bill came in it seems they charge $200 per person per hour. Not sure if that is their standard rate or """"emergency"""" rate. They replaced a spigot that they installed only 6 months ago and it just randomly broke off. They did not stand by their prior work and said I needed to repurchase the piece and pay for the work to be done again, not sure I want to pay them every 6 months to replace parts that should be lasting for years if not decades. At least this time they offered a 1 year warranty even if I had to pay for it.

I called Lee County Plumbing and Well Service when our house suddenly had no water, and they immediately made me feel like my family was their top priority. The specialist, Ben, arrived quickly and was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He was committed to getting us water right away, and he did just that! What I really appreciated was that the price was affordable, and at no point did they try to sell me unnecessary items or services. The superb service and care we received were top-notch, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing or well service. Fantastic experience!

I have had nothing but GREAT service from Lee County Plumbing & Well Service, from the office staff to the plumbers. I purchased a maintenance plan for my water softener system & with that plan comes other savings. They just did a great job re-piping under my kitchen sink. The guys were respectful of my property & were friendly. I feel confident that I can rely on them, not just for issues & maintenance, but for future bathroom projects that I would like to do. Special thanks to Ben for all his knowledge & help with my water softener system, when the original company who installed it ditched me when I was having problems with it.
