This store absolutely stole from my wife about 20 minutes ago... September 25th 2024 at about 8:45 a.m. As we await landfall of hurricane Helene... There is a shortage of propane tanks everywhere and we are new to the state of Florida and didn't realize having a propane tank is going to be important... My wife went to this place for two 20 lb propane tanks and they took advantage of my hospice, RN wife. My wife doesn't know the average cost of a propane tank... This woman charged my wife $90 cash and gave her a receipt for $70 which my wife didn't notice till after she left.. and then the store says that they didn't take credit cards and my wife was out of cash so they allowed her to do a Zelle transaction and charged another $90 for a 2nd tank... Then when we called them out on it, they denied it.... This place is run by liars and thieves.

Poor service at a time where they could shine and build upon their business. Unless you are so busy that you don't need any new business then you should reevaluate your business model

They are knowledgeable, helpful, and honest. A hot water heater stopped working and a plumber recommended I change the heating elements and thermostats. When I went to Lee County Plumbing & Supply, Dionne told me that thermostats usually don't go bad, and that changing the heating elements would probably be sufficient. She gave me detailed """"how to"""" instructions and even loaned a mega-socket and wrench to remove the elements. I definitely recommend them!

Needing to replace the fixtures in our shower and tub, we wanted to use a local business where we could buy quality materials and receive honest information as to what to use. Lee County Plumbing exceeded our expectations! Dionne was so helpful, including recommending an installer as it wasn't a project we wanted to tackle ourselves. They've won several business awards, and we can see why. We'll be back when we're ready to remodel our kitchen plumbing.
