This company has not only been exceptional, they are very caring and all the Techs which I have encountered were very professional and knowledgeable. In particular, Kyler Webb (Plumbing) is phenomenal!!!! This man is meticulous in troubleshooting and making the repair. He explains everything in terms that are understandable. The woman on the phone (who I do not remember her name - I apologize for that) was AMAZING getting me setup for an emergency repair. She took the time to listen and understand what the issue was. She then promptly setup a Technician to come and fix the repair the same day. This is the type of service that is rare these days. Thankyou all for making me feel like part of the family.
Debra G.Lee Company was called for my air conditioning that suddenly wasn't working. Fortunately Lee Company came the next day, after regular business hours, to service & repair our 2 year old unit. It appears our unit was bad from the beginning as it's working now better than it ever has!! Previously our house was always freezing cold, even if the themostat was set at 75! I was thinking it was the insulation of a brick house! lol I am so happy with the service as well as the timely response. My hubby is on oxygen, so being in a hot house is difficult for him and the heat this year has been off the charts! I highly recommend Lee Company.
