This company offers a lot of different services. Mine was electric, my circuit breaker was popping breakers. He had to tighten screws, I'm a female living alone what do I know . The reason for 4 stars was he wasn't upfront with the bill as he was checking me out. I was told 79 dispatched fee. For 45 min time spent here it was 318.00 my advice ask before doing the work .

Before calling for service, go to the website and see what ""specials"" they have going on. I can sometimes get a % off on service call. Technician calls and lets you know arrival time, or how many minutes away he may be. One time in the afternoon they didn't show up for an appointment and it was re-scheduled the next day. I told them when they arrived that I wasn't paying since I had waited the day before for a ""no show"". Easy to work with.

Very disappointed. I requested to have someone look at my water heater to raise it. They said it required the project manager to look and quote but at no cost. The individual that I spoke with- I won't call him out on here, but I'll use first initial, ""N"" said that it requires the PM not a technician to look at it. The only day he was available was Friday 6/09 from 1-3pm. I had called on Thursday. Otherwise he wasn't available until 6/19.. I accepted. I called my boss to get off early at 1pm. Additionally my work laptop and other equipment, including rushing to install my internet at home all had to be done the evening before. My work equipment was not yet at my new home. So I had to rush.

I got off at 1pm, waited and waited. After 3pm rolled on, he hadn't arrived. I called and spoke with Employee A and informed her that he wasn't there yet and asked if he was running late. She said the call had been canceled because it was a technician job and not the PM. She said someone was supposed to call me. No one called. No text, no courtesy phone call. I asked for an estimate for a tech to go out, but said no thanks because they didn't deserve my service. I decided to go with another company, Hiller. If y'all can't be trusted to communicate with a customer how could I possibly rely on you to get it right the second time.

Please train your employees to know when a PM or a tech is required to go out for a job. Additionally- it's not just a ""canceled"" call- you affected everything that I had to do to arrange to be sure I got off early from work AND rush to install my internet and my workspace. That wasn't easy.

A company doesn't exist without customers. Management should know that.

So thankful for Lee Company!
Our AC unit stopped working while we were out of town. They worked with us over the phone and Lee Company even sent someone to fix it at night in the dark. They were very quick to respond to our inquiry, very friendly to see what was wrong and set up service. The gentleman that came out was friendly and efficient. The price we paid was reasonable and we are very thankful to have our AC working again just in time for summer.

I had no heat. It was 55 degrees in here. I called at 5:45 am. It is 4 hours later and I have heard NOTHING. I used them before and they were great. I am so disappointed with them. I'm elderly and disabled so I need heat. Hoping they will take care of this soon and I hope I don't get sick because of this delay.

Thank you to Lonnie and Jacob for installing my new tankless water heater. Lonnie stayed from beginning to end on the job just to make sure we had water today. Jacob came to help with the installation even though it was his day off. This is the kind of dedication and customer service you want from a company.
