Lee company came out when we said our leak was back. An designed an idea to make sure that leak doesn't happen a 3rd time. They even fit us into thier tight schedule to come back out to make sure my dishwasher would go back as it was before. Lee's guys are knowledgeable an professional. Wouldn't call anyone else. Best response and service one could ask for. Been a customer for many years and will remain so. Latest problem ... no heat in the middle of the night...solved first thing the next morning on a holiday weekend. Can't do better than that.

Kept charging for drain cleaning, for unnecessary water heater replacement, the water is backing up worse than before their disservice.
Barbara K.I have an annual maintenance contract with Lee Company; their service is THAT good. Appointments are readily available but, if they're not, they always manage to work me in within a day. The technicians are always pleasant and professional.
Our AC unit broke after 3 years, and they came to fix it but part was on back order 3 to 4 weeks is what I was told. After that 4th week I had to call them and now it's 5 to 7 weeks on back order. I have already went 4 weeks with no heat or air and had to buy portable heaters, they came put a part that will give me AC but does not shut off(the blower motor) which will cause my electric bill to be higher and then charger $300 for that and when said part is suppose to be here its another charge for that. This company might have a ""good name"" but that is all you are getting a name.
Ben G.They worked on my neighbor's sewage and cut right through our block's internet fiber cables. Then they just left the severed cables lying there and drove off. Now it will take me days to get my internet back.
I am a property manager in the Davidson County area. Over Christmas, due to the extreme temperatures, I had 4 emergency situations on water breaks. I made 4 different calls to Lee Company for emergency service (as my regular plumber was away for the holidays). As of January 5th, I have yet to receive a call back for even one service call that I requested. Obviously, I have resolved each of my problems with absolutely no help from Lee Company. If they were too busy, they should have a least responded to my call and let me know. I'm not sure why they even have an emergency 24 hour service line if they never follow up with customers. Will not be calling them again.
Had Lee company come out when it was in the 100s because ac just wasn't working. Well they said we needed a new system and upgraded duct work. They do the work now my master bedroom doesn't cool, it used to when old system was working, they said they need to add a new duct, and other $1200. I go upstairs because my son said the carpet is wet, so I go in attic and slip on water and partially fall through ceiling because the evaporator drain just ran 5 feet away to drain on the ceiling. At this point I'm pissed, I look around and see all the duct work is the same, it's all dirty has insulation on it and it not even sealed to the unit, remember I paid to have upgraded ducts installed because supposedly mine were the wrong size. So I remember seeing ducting in my driveway when I came home so I check my security cameras and I watch as the technician loads them back in van and drives off! So may lies told during the process and they just want your money. I hope the governor does something about his company and how it's ripping people off. Oh and if you see my other post about my septic system I found that it had collapsed due to Lee company parking their van on top of it when they were installing new compressors.
Kristie C.Update.... Lee Company made right the issue and reimbursed me half of the amount for initial labor cost. The Bellevue locations manager, Jamie, was professional, kind and thorough. Considering all that has transpired I will be cancelling my monthly home maintenance but wanted to make known... they did make it right.
Stephanie F.We had a new AC unit installed in our home. Two weeks later we are still having issues and have called them 3 times to come out for repairs. Our project manager Brendan Levitt has not returned our latest calls/text and when he does he's not helpful. Definitely won't be using them for future needs.
