Cannot Get Lee Technician to come out and eliminate sounds. It took till early Feb to clean up the mess-project started Aug1st. Michael Parker,Fox Technician,came out today to my house and anaylzed the situation and fixed the problem. Thank you Mike!

I cannot even begin to express how lovely, kind, polite, and efficient the specialists are at Lee Company. They far exceeded my expectations, and our home had a ton of little issues before their visits: I had a vent duct cover that was falling apart, a hose stuck onto the wall, and numerous other little issues that would have required several different tools, ladders, and expertise. I want to emphasize especially how amazing the drywall patching was done. It was seamless...without paint. It looked world's different than the slap-dash, amateur job our builders attempted in the same room.

While you may hesitate to call an expert like we did (we were so determined to do it ourselves), the people at this company explained every step of their process. If you ask any questions during a check-up (on their maintenance plan), they'll walk you through the steps if you're able to do it yourself. I'm so impressed by their willingness to help, and they clearly hire people who are kind first and foremost. I really respect that in a company.

Highly recommend all the specialists here. Really down-to-earth, awesome people.

Nick from Lee Company did a great job for me. I called the company and they sent Nick out PDQ to see what I needed and then sent me a quote. I made some changes and a new quote was sent. Nick came out and did a great job for me and recommended there plumbing service because I asked if he knew a good plumber! I have bad shoulders and knees and can't do the things I used to. I need someone I can count on to help me with my handyman needs.

I asked for a quote to replace a 40 year old unit and they did give me a quote: We have 1800 employees, that's a lot of overhead. I purchased my own equipment and had another company do the installation and saved myself over $3000. I was willing to pay for 3 installers and the salesman that came to my house, but it's up to someone else to pay the other 1796 employees of Lee Company.

I called Lee Company to schedule a check on my until because it wasn't working. They got out to my house same day and got my unit working again. I also love that they offer an affordable maintenance program to not only check my units but my plumbing and electrical system. They are lovely to work with!

I requested a plumber for fixing my 3 leaky shower and bath faucets and others potential work. A plumber showed up and assessed all the potential work and provided an estimation of all the costs; then, I paid him $79 for his consultation. Later I called the plumber to reduce some work and revise the costs. He replied me over the phone and scheduled the work. However, he did not show up on the work day. I called the company and found out he quitted the job without any notification. After I had expressed my unsatisfaction of the problem, Lee company introduced another plumber; however, it needed to do the negotiation all over again and charge me the consultation fee of $79 again. The consultation fee should be waived due to their own employer-employee miscommunication with customer. Therefore, I lost my confidence of the Lee company.

My air conditioning system went out around 2 am Saturday morning . I called Lee and a nice lady asked me how many units I had. I told her that my home has 2 units but only the main system was out. She told me that because I had 2 systems, it would be one day next week before they could get to me.
What? I called another company and they repaired my system that day.

Drew and Aedan came all the way from Franklin TN area to install our HVAC system. Our old system was over 30 years old and they tackled the job like pros. We had an upstairs and downstairs unit installed and they were fantastic! So experienced and so polite and helpful. We are so impressed by them and highly recommend The Lee Company and if you get these 2 you are extra lucky!

The electrician Manny came out and expertly, professionally, efficiently fixed our electrical problems.
