I be used Lee company to clean my dryer vents about 18 months ago. I paid for their service and felt I would be safe from any type of fire .This last December, I had a different company clean my vents. The guy had me come outside to look at what he found. The vent was almost totally obstructed from the debris. I told him, I had this cleaned less than 2 years ago. He said,"" I don't know about that because, to me it looks like you have never had them cleaned."" Oh boy! So now, I do feel confident that I won't have a fire in my vent.

This company has been 1st rate for me. I signed up for the home maintenance contact after having them respond for a 3 year old A/C that went out. They responded in a day and had it fixed that same day. I made the huge mistake of forgetting I had this contract when my water heater blew it's guts out. I paid another independent person $500 to swap out my water heater, only to discover it was leaking!! Who found this? The Lee Company employee who was doing my electrical inspection! I had Lee send a plumbing person to do my plumbing inspecton who corrected the leaking issue & installed a termal pressure overflow that should have been then to begin with. He also mentioned having a dehumidifier installed after hearing I have air purifiers in each of my main rooms/bedroom due to my hubby and I having breathing issues. So I had another Lee Employee come out to take a look. Upon his inspection & report, we then had Lee install the dehumidifier with the system that promotes cleaner air coming into the home. I feel very fortunate to have found Lee Company. Each of their employees are respectful and extremely knowledgeable. They convey confidence with the work they do and seem to take pride in their work, as they are always happy to show me & explain (in detail) the work they have done. From the wonderfully kind folks who answer the phone, to the bidders on the jobs, to the actual crews who do the work, I have yet to have any negative communicatinos or vibes from this company. They respond quickly to any type of contact, be it on the phone or on line. They have also contacted me on the day they are coming out to your home, to alert you to their arrival. If they do not arrive on their scheduled time, they contact you to let you know a new eta. I strongly advise you contact Lee Company for any work you need done on your home.

Ok, had a bad taste after some hvac stuff in summer; still probably won't use them for that BUT: had a leaking toilet, called other places and it was 1- day to a week scheduling. Lee got me in on short notice, rebuilt in under an hour. Really knowledgeable tech with suggestions about maintenance. Plumbing area of company first rate!

Wow! What an amazing job Jock did today. Very tentative , professional, and polite . Very knowledgeable about his work . He took the extra mile to fix and repair my unit . He heard sizzling in my breaker box when he was checking the air-conditioning unit out.. opened it up sure enough it was ready to catch fire, well could have. I was so impressed with his work. Lee air-conditioning does such a wonderful job, hires the best technicians, can't say enough about them, been using them for years. I give Jock 20***** Thank you again for fixing my unit, and keeping me safe for the upcoming winter months ahead.

Had our yearly plumbing maintenance and Lee Co. always delivers. The tech called 20 minutes before our appointment window started and was on the way. Got there and got to work. Communicated what he was going to do and did it in an efficient and timely manner. Very happy with the service and prices we receive from Lee Company. Highly recommended.

Called about a problem on a 2 year old Train furnace. A service call was arranged for that day. A tech called and arrived at my home in an hour.
The tech (Edgar Ramirez), worked almost 3 hours on the problem and had to order parts.
The service was prompt, and Mr. Ramirez was very polite and knowledgeable!
I would recommend this service company to a friend.

You can't base a company due to one employee but after spending $26,050.00 with a company for 2 new units for a residential home one would expect to be treated as a valued customer . First of all we did receive 3 bids from reputable companies and out of those the salesman/ project manager that we liked the least was the one with the Lee company . We went ahead and went with the Lee Company simply because of the companies reputation . The units are fine the Installers were great . The issue was the salesman / project manager . As my spouse and I were outside looking at the upstairs unit the senior installer had called the Salesman / project manager and had him on speaker phone . The installer ask where the second crew was because they had scheduled two crews for installation due to having 2 units . The project manager told the installer to go ahead and set the second unit up because the other crew was behind . The installer told him they could not set it up because the pad had not been delivered , the project manager got irate and said I DONT CARE what you have to do JUST make it work . Once again the installer explained that it would not work ! The project manager repeatedly keep telling him to just make it work . I dont care who you are that's not what a homeowner wants to hear after spending twenty six thousand dollars with a company . So the saleman / project manager didn't care after the sale he just wanted it done even if it were wrong . So if your in the Sumner County / Hendersonville Tn do yourself a favor and get a different saleman not Anthony Grayson , or do business with another company . I did reach out to the company and they issued an apology but somehow we still feel like we were just another number and the job was done . Wonder how the Governor would like how one of his project managers conducts business with his company .
